She was a teenager, everyone was a retard at their teenage years, one way or another. In my view, this comes to show how a possible maturing helped her to become as competent as she is on using her smarts and creativity to make her ideas happen!

There's also the fact that a person can look perfectly normal, attractive even, irl, but look bad on camera. Looking good on camera often requires good lighting and makeup, and vtubing eliminates that hassle. You can roll out of bed with messy hair and old pajamas and do a stream, and no one will know.

A lot of the earliest clips I could find of her twitch channel were her wearing low cut tank tops (I would post pictures, but I don't want to be mistaken for thirst posting). Probably helped bring in some clicks, but she seemed to have just stopped wearing them eventually and seemed a lot happier after. I wouldn't have watched her back then, but you're absolutely right, her transformation into one of the few streamers I watch is not something I would have predicted. From booba to bubba.

That's kind of the point there isn't it? Find the fattest and ugliest motherfucker you can and call it the "average fan" of something you don't like. Imagine all of the successful athletes, musicians and personalities that are anime fans, yet people still think that the "average anime fan" are fat losers who live in their mother's basements and want to go to Japan and get a pornstar waifu.

Will kinda suck if true. I only recently started really getting into her streams since they fixed her models weird fuzziness that made her look like she had motion blur, and it'll kinda suck if she starts speaking verbal moon runes primarily because that's already enough of a filter that I only get to enjoy Miko, Chloe, Haachama etc when someone clips and translates.

It's a single unsubstantiated rumor from one /vt/ rumor mill wannabe, I wouldn't put too much faith into it yet. The only way I would take it seriously is if she actually said she felt out of place or she wanted to officially belong to a group instead of being a solo act. But how would that work? Cram her into Gen 5? Gen 6? If they made her official JP, she still would be an outlier. I think she works fine as she is, being a go-between for all the branches
