Yeah, the stereotypical voice (and bad mic I think) coupled with that quite generic design doesn't instill hope in me. I might not be a Nijifan, but I still really want a good EN Corpo Male talents
Again, I think they would have sounded better if they use their natural voice instead of this anime dub voice. EN anime dub voices just sound so weird barring some exceptions

Yeah I'm 99.9999999% sure that Vox is Connor and that his "speak of the devil" line was a nod to ironmouses talk show of the same name.

He's been hinting at something for a while now and mouse probably did help him get set up if it is indeed him

So is he still going to make hot takes even in Niji? I really hope so because I can't wait to see some more drama. The last one have been...quite disappointing, to say the least

He probably realized just how much money he could make as a corpo vtuber. And even if its against his principle or something, he's british, all of them are hypocrites. Its in their blood

I don't think he would be making more money as a corpo, especially as a male Ninjisanji. That is why I think it wouldn't make sense. He has his in with VShoujo if he wanted to do vtubing. If I'm wrong, I'm wrong. It just seems like a big drop in income.

I re-looked up his data from the twitch leaks and it was over 100k. I don't think he will be making more as a male Ninjisanji.

Ehh idk. On one hand Connor is notoriously dumb about how things work in vtuber things and doesn't really "get" a lot of stuff. On the other hand he's done alright thus far with minimizing any blowup reactions to just holofans spazzing out over his interactions with Calli, I haven't seen any significant drama involving him and he seems to be relatively drama adverse. So he's a wildcard if it is him but on the flip side this could end up with interagency drama between Niji and Vshojo depending on how the fans act etc.

Connor probably joined for 2 reasons;
Mouse has been advocating for him to go vtuber for a long time now and has probably evangelized how wonderful it is to him

And


Dollar bills yo. Dude probably realized he can make more money baiting overseas and JP audiences with his wanker male voice as a vtuber than he does as a fleshtuber since that content is mostly YouTube. His twitch streams still get business but it's evident most of a time that a hefty chunk of the audience is only there to watch him with mouse. Creating a corpo vtuber persona (while probably still doing his fleshtuber antics and possibly pushing Niji to more collabs with vshojo so they can unite against hololive)

He is a very successful youtuber aswell though. He is not just twitch streamer that rely on mouse for views.

He can always go the Sydney route and just never stream. I doubt a corp would go for that with their early rounds of EN. I know Ninji has people who do that, but it seems like too much of a waste to allow it for their first round of male EN members.
