I am seeing a bit of an issue here. Let me preface that I do like the podcast dave is a part of, I feel it necessary to bring in some context that him being a serious political candidate is quite a reach. A somewhat ridiculous reach. While he is smart, he is at his heart, a comedian. Everywhere that Dave has suggested that he may run for office has been comedic shows, though I understand that there can be serious discussion we are talking about a show with an episode titled "Retard Porn" (side note nearly pissed myself laughing at that one). Another point that I feel relevant is that he is a new father, and he seems to be mainly focused on his child and supporting his family. I also agree that it is still a bad look to even give the gunt the time of day. That's my just two sense though, and this guy that wasa creaming at dave's dick is pretty weird and has his hopes way too high, probably higher then dave has his.

i mean obviously he won't become president, but for him to announce he's running to basically Make Libertarianism Mainstream Finally, especially back in 2019, and to at the very least have the votes to fuck the LP with his caucus, even if he doesn't run he is still quite the leader in the 3rd largest poltical party in the US. At the very least look at it this way, this guy is a regular on Fox News, he's the host of multiple libertarian conventions, this isn't fucking Warski. Its actually a legit get for the Killstream in a way we wouldn't expect.
