Georgia has laws for the freedom of speech and expression, part of which states that no entity can be held liable for defamatory content generated by anonymous individuals and in 2019 the Constitutional Court ruled that a previous law that banned "inadmissible content" was unconstitutional and so revoked it, so that now the GNCC can no longer block access to websites deemed problematic, although technically the Parliament can still vote to do so, I'm not seeing any cases in which they have. Defamation is also decriminalized, although people can still sue. They do unfortunately have a law that states that unlawful dissemination of personal data that results in "considerable damage" is a criminal offense, but again, providers cannot be held liable for the content generated by anonymous individuals. Might want to just hold off on doxing Georgians?

I think what Dyn and Null are saying here is that a dox can lead to the site getting shut down by some Eurotrash government. You seem to want to have a semantic discussion over the specific legal mechanism used. Who cares? There needs to be only one. If they can use "Right to be Forgotten," that's what they'll use.

The reason I highlighted that point is because Hungarian banks are more under sway of the local, corrupt authority. A local branch of a foreign bank like Raiffeisen (based in Austria) would go for Josh's throat pretty quickly in case trouble would come about.

Edit: Due to them having to obey the laws of their country of origin and their main branch there to X degree.

Which is a political buzzword, not an actual right. Article 17 GDPR is the closest thing, but it's no "right to be forgotten" either.
Point being, there is no EU-wide law to that effect, nor has there ever been one.

That might be a petty distinction, but misinformation and hysteria aren't going to be helpful.
