A bus comes every 10 minutes to take me to the city to get my free healthcare or see centuries old buildings. It's cheap, reliable and nine times out of ten a mobile ethnostate. It's soothing to a point I don't even feel like using the n word. I won't die free but I probably won't die too early or in horrific conditions either.

There's a point. Would Null be better off dealing with a local bank in some Eastern European shithole where bribes are a cost of doing business, such as Bulgaria or Romania? Not only would Null's account fly under the radar, but it could be a form of insurance in the unlikely event that the Eurocucks catch up with him.
I still like the idea of Malta or Cyprus. They both seem pretty based.

Don't open that account in Spain because here webmasters have solidary responsibility (solidary obligation) for the posts that third parties publish in their sites WHEN they contain libelous claims, defamation, doxxing, illicit shit, etc, AND IF the competent spanish authorities require you to delete those posts plus to hand them over the poster IP and you don't comply with due diligence they'll go straight to seizing that bank account. I'm using all that bold text to remark that they will only make you responsible if you don't comply with their requests.
Andorra may be what you are looking for, tho, because they are SEPA, a tiny opaque country, a fiscal paradise, and they don't share the Spanish/French Civil Law. I'm looking into it.

They are correct, but within EU territories once you have an EU passport you have most and in some cases all of the rights of a native citizen depending on the state in question.
Some of these countries, most infamously Malta and Cyprus, will actually directly sell or trade citizenship and not for Gates tier prices.
As an aside, and I don't profess to be an expert on internet law, money or Null's circumstances but Monaco generally has an attitude of "As long is it makes me money idgaf fam lamo" and is also a SEPA country. The only "restriction" regarding liability taken seriously I'm aware of is inter alia, also known as les Majeste; criticism of the Grimaldi family is absolutley forbidden and they take it REALLY FUCKING SERIOUSLY to the extent they make Greatest Eater of North Korea look receptive of criticism. If we had a thread on Prince Albert the monegasque authorities would lose their shit and likely consider everyone who has posted in, hosted or viewed the thread and not reported it or commented with a complaint to be "guilty" (Which might not matter to an American but to those living in a Schengen area would matter).
Ireland is also gaining a reputation in the EU for being overly tolerant of "hate speech" and being a tax haven, and unlike Monaco isn't stupidly expensive.

If they renounced their previous citizenship under the Kingdom of Italy it shouldn’t also apply to the current Republic. There’s a ton of South Americans looking to escape Brazil and Argentina who get Italian Citizenship and then literally go wherever else in the EU just by virtue of having a recent Italian ancestor and basically just visit the country for vacations. I’m not sure what the circumstances of them renouncing their citizenship are though exactly so if they were mob or politically affiliated, your ancestors probably still leave a bad taste in the current administrations mouth. If they just did it so they could gain US Citizenship without any issues you probably still have a case. Then again if you’re asking all of this in the name of money I really doubt you want to hire some expensive attorney to prove you aren’t related to Organized Crime or Political Radicals. I’m also not sure Italy is really where you want to live, even if the food is great, rent is cheap, and it hosts the best Soccer team (in my opinion) on the planet, business opportunities there aren’t as good elsewhere and you’re asking for bank not immigration advice. I’d still say of all the options though Italy might be the best but someone else mentioned some things about Luxembourg that sound promising. If I were you, those would be the two I’d look into the most.

Hi @Null , I worked as a banker at ING Belgium a few years ago. I don't know if this is the case in other SEPA mandated countries, but I think you might encounter issues opening an account without being domiciled in that specific country (not only a local address, you'll also need a national registry number). To my knowledge, this info needs to be EU-based. But tell me if I'm wrong.
As for Belgium... I'll look into it and I'll try to post my findings asap. But I don't have high hopes. Also, they can freeze your account super quick if they notice activity that they deem sus (like lots of money transferring from different countries).

Have you thought about just creating a crypto wallet and having donations sent there? No way that they can say its from this that or any other country. This also pisses off trans/SJW at the same time. Its a win win.
