Kiwi Farms and SEPA

A bus comes every 10 minutes to take me to the city to get my free healthcare or see centuries old buildings. It's cheap, reliable and nine times out of ten a mobile ethnostate. It's soothing to a point I don't even feel like using the n word. I won't die free but I probably won't die too early or in horrific conditions either.
:feels:Calm down.
>i won't die free

Then you're not free. You're a slave and you don't even know the sweet taste of freedom. Instead you'll eat the bugs and cry "A-at least I have busses and healthcare"

I cannot. Someone randomly doxed my entire family for the purposes of a genealogical study and they determined I was not eligible for Italian citizenship because my great grandparents had renounced citizenship from the Kingdom of Italy and that disqualifies me.

Edit: If that person is still around or if anyone else feels up to it, please send me those immigration papers.
It'd be a rather moot point anyways. IIRC the waiting time for an appointment with the Italian immigration authorities to get jus sanguinis citizenship is like 20 years.

@Null
This is what I know.
Every bank in the Netherlands apparently has a Internal Black list (called IVR/ECR-registratie) Only know to the internal safety team and can be shared across other dutch banking companies. Not available for normies.

Criteria for getting on the list is as follows (dutch) but basically focuses on Fraude, Money laundering and bank mules (for criminals). But can also apply for any activity that is bad for the bank or financial system. which is very subjective.

Looking at a couple of case law's (jurisprudentie) It seem that when ever a bank wants to one-sided stop providing bank services to a customer. The judges mostly rule in favor of the bank. But those cases are mostly related to Fraude ect. not wrong-speech or DAXING.

One case tho goes about the Viruswaarheid.nl site which is an anti vaccine site. The judge was pro-site, but the case is not completely done. a fundamental case is still pending about if a bank has the right to cut relations with a legal entity (not a natural person this was already not allowed) .
So if this fundamental judgement would be pro-free speech. You'll be eating dutch cheese.

[EDIT]
apparently they won the case and a legal entity like viruswaarheid.nl has the right to use a bank account (as long as they don't conduct criminal activity or directly harm the bank).

Can any of my fellow Dutchmen confirm?

Right when Victor needed him the most...
I don't want to derail to much but that isn't enough to tell if you can or cant. Back in 1906 the whole family unit was tied to the dad. Recent court cases have ruled that rule to be sexist and it isn't the case anymore. If he already had kids who where born in Italy or a wife born there then you can claim through them now. The wife and kids wouldn't have renounced because their status was tied to the dad.
But it is going to take some legal shit that takes time and money and likely not worth it for just banking things.,

I don't understand, Italians are white.

Have their demographics been replaced already?
Most of Italians are white. But all the people living in the South are Niggers (not real Niggers, just behave like Niggers) also Immigration is quite a big deal in both ways. People get smuggled in Italy to get to the EU, but rarely get to cross the Borders cause nobody wants them and young Italians go abroad to look for work as here there aren't many jobs. So our demographics is going to be replaced, very soon.

Lol yeah right. Those aren’t real countries. Also, if you retarx’s haven’t read between the lines- pay for the podcast to get Null his shekelbux

In regards to section 230..

'As outlined in Article 12 of the E-Commerce Directive, an online service is not liable for third-party content on its platform when it serves as a “mere conduit” to transmitting or temporarily storing third-party content. This condition applies if it “does not initiate the transmission” of information, “does not select the receiver of the transmission,” and “does not select or modify the information contained in the transmission.”
In the EU, if you weren't holding a forum of sorts but somewhere where there are chat options for public display etc then you would not be held accountable.

However,
'Article 14 of the Directive defines “hosting” as “the storage of information provided by the recipient of a service.” Hosting services allow individuals and organizations to publish a website on the Internet.18 Articles 13 and 14 each contain an “actual knowledge” provision that applies only to caching and hosting services: Once the service becomes aware of illegal content, it must act “expeditiously” to remove that content, or it may face liability.'
I'd outline you as falling under those articles. Not looking good, as for SEPA shit i don't have a fucking clue brrr

How is it that there's no work in Italy? Is it a post-scarcity society? Or are they simply the victim of globo homo?

Someone made a strong case for the Netherlands but I'd like to look into Italy too because I've seen stronger case law for them.
Italy a country where 40% of GDP is accounted for by the black economy, and where court judgements are routinely ignored for decades..... It's surely a land of opportunity.

I really wished to be a Spaniard like @Megatardingo but i can't help since i'm in a 3rd world shithole (basically America but in a wrong place).
We'll see if he can help with that.
We're pretty cucked in that regards, our banks are also hyper-paranoid of every transaction (had a bunch of issues with my inheritance being changed from one account to another, flags the government a bunch of times regardless of me having my papers all checked out) and considering we're in a leftard government I wouldn't trust Spain's banks. However it's not an issue with the bankers and more with the butting in of the government under the pretext of money laundering by russian mobsters in the mediterranean coast (they did some sort of legal shittery where they keep dildoing your butthole everytime you move a big amount of money, that's for locals so I can see how "a random american is getting hundreds of small donations SHUT IT DOWN" reaction would be easier to trigger). I don't think I have seen any direct "you're a nazi your account is terminated" rhetoric but if you don't want a ball-ache everytime you have to move stuff around don't go to Spain.

Side-note Idk how things work in america regarding the IRS but in Spain is "shoot first and then have the bleeding guy defend himself on the floor" so the minute you're under any suspicion of illegal moneys they'll fucking lock your shit and then you have to go and appeal the issue (happened to my mother and she had her accounts frozen for 2 months, more if she didn't go everyday to fix that shit and it was a nightmare, also the government is not accountable for mistakes of that caliber so they'll waste your time and you won't even get a compensation out of it so they're more trigger happy about it).

Governments come and go there all the time. If you don't like a law just wait until the next government. The one they have now is barely 30 years old. If the EU can't keep the gibs flowing they will switch it up again.

I can't even believe just how hysterically bad my luck is.

Talking of Monaco and Andorra. Hmmm anyone said anything about Liechtenstein? It's basically a city state that's a bank deposit. One of the world's Richest and smallest countries.

About tax havens.... I'm going to ask my retarded question about the channel Islands. In particular Guernsey and Sark. Because they are a weird part of the UK but not at all. They remain separated by some 1200s tenant or something. They have their own government and get to decide their laws which really haven't changed much since the 1500s. I think the UK practices a hands off approach bevause they prob don't care. And if you get fucked you can do a hail Mary on Sark. I only knew that as I knew someone from sark.

The Bailiwick of Guernsey is a separate jurisdiction in itself, and is in turn also three separate sub-jurisdictions. It does not form part of, and is separate from (but is not independent of, or from) the United Kingdom.[12] The two Bailiwicks of Jersey and Guernsey together make up the Channel Islands.

The Islanders have never had formal representation in the House of Commons of the British Parliament,[8] nor in the European Parliament.[12] Those Islanders who were not somehow qualified and eligible in their own right to register to vote and to vote in the United Kingdom under the Representation of the People Acts as overseas voters, were excluded from the 2016 United Kingdom European Union membership referendum.

Guernsey has an unwritten constitution arising from the Treaty of Paris (1259). When Henry III and the King of France came to terms over the Duchy of Normandy, the Norman mainland fell under the suzerainty of the King of France. The Channel Islands however remained loyal to the British crown due to the loyalties of its Seigneurs. But they were never absorbed into the Kingdom of England by any Act of Union and exist as "peculiars of the Crown".

A unique constitutional position has arisen as successive British monarchs have confirmed the liberties and privileges of the Bailiwick, often referring to the so-called Constitutions of King John, a legendary document supposed to have been granted by King John in the aftermath of 1204. Governments of the Bailiwick have generally tried to avoid testing the limits of the unwritten constitution by avoiding conflict with British governments.

This peculiar political position has often been to the benefit of islanders. Until the 19th century, the Bailiwick was generally able to be exempt from the harsher parts of Westminster legislation, while being included in favourable policies, such as protectionist economic policies. England, and later the United Kingdom, passively exploited the strategic benefits of the Channel Islands. For example, they were able to serve as a convenient stop-off point for trade to Gascony.[13]

Clameur de haro

Among the old laws of the Channel Islands is the old Norman custom of the clameur de haro. Using this legal device, a person can obtain immediate cessation of any action he considers to be an infringement of his rights. At the scene, he must, in front of witnesses, recite the Lord's Prayer in French and cry out "Haro, Haro, Haro! À mon aide mon Prince, on me fait tort!" ("Haro, Haro, Haro! To my aid, my Prince! I am being wronged!"). It should then be registered with the Greffe Office within 24 hours. All actions against the person must then cease until the matter is heard by the Court. The last clameur recorded on Sark was raised in June 1970 to prevent the construction of a garden wall.[22]

Note to self - don't live around Null, his presence apparently robs people of the will to live.

Why do these threads always turn into a massive MATI Eurofags vs MATI Amerifats spergout war?

Unfortunately, we are currently not at liberty to an issue an apology for utilizing the KF as an asylum for our reject nazi-larpers.
-The EU
Nor are you at liberty to issue an apology for utilizing your countries as dumpsters for third world shitholes.

On topic: someone earlier mentioned Andorra, and while it's in the sweet spot of not being in the EU, but still is a SEPA country, there are hitches. Namely, it's too rich for Null (as in, he's not in the business of human slavery) and not every Andorran bank deals in euros.

I thought Iceland might be a winner, because it's like Andorra in that it is not part of the EU, but deals in euros, but it has "hate laws" which extend into public denigration. So probably a strong no.

idk if you are joking but there are enough legally operating quasi-fascist groups, that i don't thing something as milquetoast as KF would have any toubles. one of those groups have a campaign openly calling gays as deviants. other celebrity schizo was openly calling out for murder of bill gates and dishing death threats on the regular and was only arrested after he organized a march shouting "death to jews". he's currently out and back livestreaming and taking donations. in 2013 prosecution dropped a case (propagating fascism and comunnism is SOMEWHAT banned here) against a dude painting swastikas, because it's a hindu symbol of happiness. as for the legal responsibilty, there is one if the administrator is aware of content that breaks the law, but the legal practice acknowledges that no moderator can monitor all postings at any given forum.
I second this. Very little political correctness and anti speech laws. They were trying to ban anti abortion truck in Warsaw which was driving around playing from megaphone about gays being pedophiles but i don't think they ever succeeded.
