The waves need to stop. I don't think DSP detractors appreciate how good we have it. Phil is an irredeemable piece of shit who is harmless to others and elicits no pity. I cant think of another lolcow like him.
The only valid reason to moan about Phil is when he gets boring at times. Right now isn't one these times.

Personally, I can't enjoy other lolcows because they are pitiful to me. I feel a tiny bit of guilt which spoils the fun. Phil isn't like this and that's a privilege.

That would be Wells Fargo. When he was there, he was a mortgage processor. This was during the time when all you needed was a pulse and a body temperature of 98.5 to get a home loan. Before he got fired, Phil reported a female co-worker for having a romantic relationship with one of the managers there. To whom? That manager's boss!

Apparently, that upper manager was good friends with the guy and knew about their relationship and he was cool with it. It didn't break company policy, as the relationship wasn't done on company time. Phil thought that he was "doing the right thing." and he was "moving on up in the company." That manager and woman got wind of what was happening and decided to report Phil to HR. After he got fired, he cashed out his 401K from Wells Fargo and went to Evo that year.

That's the story Phil tells. However, it could be for a number of reasons why he got fired, but as far as him reporting his co-workers relationship, he claims that "why he was let go." from there, as he felt that "they had it out for him."

Slight problem here, he didn't use a 401k to fund his one trip to EVO. He was using credit to fund his one trip in 2005. His claim about his 401Ks was that he used them to "stay afloat" during the late 2010s after his multiple pay cuts from Machinima.

i dont get the urge to hate phil either because he is super funny and everyone involved in his bizarre cinematic universe are hilarious characters. it takes a certain type of broken sadsack to get caught up in a feedback loop of throwing cash at a cranky middle aged drunk to obtain the privilege of getting to ask him whats for dinner without him flipping out on you. if you do want him punished you need to give your eyes a rub and take a better look because this is one of the earliest frontrunners of one of the fastest growing entertainment forms of the last 20 years. he has leveraged that into a bank account in the low three figures and a maybe 3/10 wife if you squint really hard.

Last time I was stoned, I visited Kiwi Farms and had a realisation: I love Phil. Not in a faggy way, obviously. I love him as a lolcow. No matter how shit or how amazing my life is, I can visit this website and make fun of this sad excuse of a man guilt-free. I take comfort in the fact that Phil will never change. This is good. Why would I want it to end?

Different people are here for different reasons and desire different outcomes. Personally I would be perfectly fine with Phil's saga eventually coming to an end - it's a cosmic justice that's been a long time coming, and I would simply move on to laughing at one of the myriad of other lolcows curated on this site.

I also rewatched today the Top 10 Worst DSPGaming 2016 Moments video and was amazed at how entitled he was back then too. And he was being more upfront with his demands. Phil isn't reaching new lows in that respect, he's always been like this.

The difference is I don't feel the need to express my frustrations to strangers on the internet about how toxic he's behaving to his wheelchairs. I did get MATI in the past, I admit. But the bankruptcy saga has disillusioned me.
And I do care, because I want to come here and read about Phil's antics, not about how much you hate him.

Phil has always been this greedy for tips. He knows he’s not on a tight leash anymore because he’s on YouTube. I would argue that it depends on your definition of harmless mate.
Sure he doesn't hurt people, and doesn't cause them physical or bodily harm. However that's just because he is a massive vagina that only talks big from behind his little gated community and cum stained keyboard. Phil has taken from society, and he has returned fuck all. No one will be at a loss if we don't get another Street Fighter stream, another "Podcast" or glasses/vest/hat animation.
Everytime Phil is on stream he lies about being near poverty, he's pulling those heart strings as hard as he can. It works for him because unlike himself, people like helping others. So they find him and hear him whinge about being poor and they might think something like "Oh this old bloke is really in financial trouble. I'll give him this tenner, he might need it more". Some people aren't aware that he makes upwards of 100,000$ yearly. Most of the people supporting him, or falling for his scam are children, teens or actual wheelchairs that don't even make half as much. So let it sink in that this fat retard is crying poor while sitting in his Zelda jammies door dashing food, wine and opening WWE packs while some family out there could actually need the help because they actually don't know how to pay their bills, put food on the table and whatever else. So I believe Phil is greatly harming his fellow man.
What also does my head in is that Phil is in fact a con artist. Not only has he time and time again scammed his fans, and banned them when they called him out. He also scammed the government, several times. I will just mention the very clear bankruptcy scam as the most recent one.
So while he's not going out there and beating up kids to steal their money, I believe he is still harmful with what he's doing.

I doubt Phil's claim about his 401k because anything he ever says at any point about being in dire financial straits is always horse shit. He has never known such circumstances, and he knows it. He cashed that out because he just didn't have as much money as before, and his stupidity doesn't tolerate that in the short term, even as it fucks him in the long run.

The rest of the story, I believe, except for his real motive for reporting them was that HE had it out for THEM. And then he got himself fired for being a shit.

Phil is far from harmless, and the only thing keeping him from causing even more harm is the detractor community staying on his ass, making his sure his rep has greater reach than he himself does. Not calling us "heroes", but we are doing a service for any who might otherwise have the misfortune of accidentally giving the pigroach money. It isn't just a matter of getting laughs, it's a matter of exerting some justice in a world we don't have many other opportunities to inject sanity into.

Basically, unlike a lot of other unpleasant people, Phil is the threat we can contain to a degree.

I feel like I lost several brain cells while I heard him talk about The Matrix trilogy.

According to Phil, alottapeuple only remember the first film because it had “nice graphics” (valedictorian confusing CGI with graphics, btw). Whenever The Matrix is brought to discussion when talking with friends, usually what’s brought up is the philosophical questions the movie brings up, in particular with how it’s a quite obvious take on Plato’s allegory of the cave.

The only thing Phil remembers about that movie is Neo dodging bullets and that the plot sucks, what an insightful take.
