There's no company in USA that doesn't report to the IRS. Its a federal law im sure. If those donation alerts came from another country that doesn't abide by most international laws than its possible.

I'll make it real simple for you because you're embarrassing yourself. When a streamer collects a donation the IRS does not immediately tax them on it. Maybe the donator pays some type of fee and tax, but that $3 TTS dono Blade gets goes straight into his bank account tax free. Its the responsibility of the streamers to report all income they make to the IRS and pay the tax that they owe from their donations.

Hes really just upset because someone implicated Casey being in on the money laundering theory and because these streams are basically friend simulators to the most mentally ill viewers such as him, he got his feelings hurt. He has an emotional attachment to Casey because he has shouted him out by name several times
