There's an even bigger risk you're overlooking: Phil might simply outlive his whales. All joking aside, we're talking about people with profound mental and physical disabilities, and that is not great for one's life expectancy. Even leaving aside ha-ha things like "accidentally wandering into traffic", they're just not as able to take care of themselves, stay healthy, or comply with treatment if they fall ill. For all the talk about the IRS, divorce, thunderbolts from Zeus, and whatnot, what really sinks Phil might be an untreated, infected bedsore on one of his 3 remaining whales.

Phil has for years claimed he could easily win a lawsuit against detractors on YouTube and yet, he has never acted on it, even back when he was making "fuck you" money. There's no way he'd have the backbone to take this place on, especially while it's convenient to keep us around as a boogeyman to blame for his misfortune.

Unless he can get back in without putting in any effort, no. Phil only ever acts when he is truly in any danger of not being able to get his money. Combine it with the stubbornness of his ego, especially since he demanded a public apology, he's not going back anytime soon.

The only thing that might motivate him to move back is if he can't take advantage of YT gifted memberships, like if you can't mass gift them, then he may go back if he can get partner.

I honestly think that the gravy train will go on for as long as Phil can milk it. He has always hated change and he wants to live a life of low effort. People who think that Phil has limited number of whales need to remember it has that been shown time and time again that when one whale leaves another steps up to the challenge. Slayer0804 never tipped until September and he is singlehandedly carrying the Lost Judgement streams. Slayer has taken up the role that Pastrarchy had during the Donganronpa play through. The whales are most likely a permanent part of the ecosystem. As for Phil, his death will come at the hands of his own shitty diet. My guess is either diabetes or alcohol poisoning.

There's something SunTzu about it too. Phil's money is one fortress, one poorly constructed, but surprisingly sturdy fortress, surrounded by the charred and looted remains of the country he used to rule.

After learning he was being raided savagely by booksmart nerds who had read the Art of War, he would have ordered all books burned in his domain.

Ah, but if they were a permanent fixture of the ecosystem, would they really be waiting their turn to carry the stream? And what's more, is that what Phil wants? No, it isn't, he wants all the whales and paypigs paying him, every stream. That's why I'm not mad about him going from whale to whale, he HATES this culture that exists in the goutsphere, he HATES that they pass the buck around so it's never as much money as Phil could get if they all gave reliably every stream.

There's a reason a paypig prompted him to quit bitching and he responded by saying "Fuck you, you're wrong, Spider-Man just made a shitload at the box office, so people have money, and they're just not giving it to me!" What matters to the pigroach is not what matters to the tards, and he's at the end of his wits in trying to change that to his liking. He can collect as many whales that stick around as he wants, it never benefits him the way that he wants it to, he genuinely doesn't see that he could coast for a long time if he just stopped fucking whining. That means his entitlement is running the show here, and he's therefore going to keep fucking it up until the money is just plain gone.

He might have never acted on it because he found out how costly it is to go to court. Even if that theory of mine is wrong he knows now after the taxes definitely and then the bankruptcy how costly the legal system is.

Knowing all of this and his spending habits I'd say it's safe he was always just trying to play big man to scare the trolls and haydurs.

Of course it's internet so it didn't work and never will unless you're the rare exceprion like that dude who cheated at Donkey Kong and really know how to use fuck you money.

Yes, because the resolution and frame rate are totally going to be the problem in a DSP playthrough. Never the fact that the person using the controller has the IQ of a fucking pencil.

And how can Phil claim he has passion for his content when he doesn't even bother posting it on YouTube in fucking order, using thumbnails that DON'T make him look stupid and autistic?

You give him more credit than I do if you really think he connected any dots there and realized that if his bankruptcy cost him X amount of dollars, then taking a detractor to court over use of his footage or some shit must cost X times more. Especially with how often he dismisses so many things that should be a foregone conclusion, like how it;s a bad idea t name your Champions account after yourself when you're the center of an autism vortex.

It's truly bizarre how he just has a revolving door of whales that find him. When one leaves, another shows up out of nowhere.

Are there any other twitch or YT streamers that get his numbers (in terms of subs and views) and make over $120,000 a year? It truly is amazing how he manages to finesse the few waterheads he has to get that much money out of them.

What I love is how pissed he gets when attention gets drawn to the odd disparity in the size of his audience versus his intake of extra money from said audience, because it demonstrates just how much he knows he's squeezing blood from a stone, but wants to be seen as doing anything but.
