He would actually have to reach out to companies and network for him to be able to get actual sponsorships and he never puts any effort in because if he's not streaming he's off the clock and he doesn't do anything off the clock for his adult mature business.

Phil thinks he has enough prestige that companies will approach him. He bitches and moans about detractors tweeting at companies who deal with him but if he was worth it, they wouldn't care. I've seen people with some pretty....spicy content being sponsored. Phil just has a group of autists following him around. The real reason he has no sponsors is because he is not interesting whatsoever and just like you said, he won't reach out to companies.

Because he knows how immature he looks when he's in a vest, especially with how popular the platinum one was. He finds it so degrading. He wants to be seen as a "mature" streamer who people go to for his "insightful" takes and "chill" gameplay and the dressing up makes look as dumb as his audience.

At least the "shills" and "Muppets" he shits on constantly dress with some sort of taste or style.

And they care about how they look on stream, unlike Fill, who's admitted that only the shills care about their appearance and visual presentation...

I mean his regular tweets barely get any engagement, about 3-4 retweets/likes. So statistically, most of the people voting on it are trolls since it got much higher engagement than his regular tweets and trolls don't retweet his crap.

And oh yeah, he'd take his antihistamines and a nasal spray so it would be snort free.

Developing an actual sense of humor, both about himself and life in general.
Saving his cursing rants for his own bad gameplay rather anyone who asks him a question he doesn't like.
No more passive-aggressive burping, snorting, throat clearing, etc.

These things have absolutely zero chance of happening unless he is forced to do them.

You know he actually believes that calling them tip milestones makes them better and somehow less greedy, too. He was probably up all night thinking of ways to make this different from any other stream (but not so much that he'd have to actually put effort into it) and this was the best idea he had. I can just picture him running to Kat's bedroom down the hall after hours of gin and gacha in his bed and breathlessly telling her about his idea only to get a disinterested "uh-huh, sounds good" before she turns over and goes back to texting other people.

Man, Phil holds onto this "I'm a real genuine gamer" persona as if it's the only thing he has left. When we all know he'd throw away everything he holds dear for a 200k/year contract.

As usual, it's just the coping that always exists from Phil's side. Instead of accepting that no company wants to associate their brands with DSP, he prefers to act as if other content creators are all shills.

His paypigs don't care about him but in some demented way giving him money is like some symbol of sticking it to all the "trolls" who've made fun of them in the past. you know punching the air and all.

It's like the Joker knows Bruce Wayne is Batman but doesn't care, he's just obsessed with the batman persona and breaking him. They know he's (insert all things Phil is and we all know already) but they don't care they just want to make trolls and detractors punch the air and in one particular case they like the attention they get from bankrolling piggy.
