People already mostly abuse sick days for completely asinine reasons, so this wouldn't change what has already been happening for many decades. I still remember about 8 years ago or so, one of my friends called in sick from the job I was working at that time and then he calls me 2 hours before my shift ended and tried to invite me to go drinking, because he thought I was already home.

I mean I couldn't have given a fuck less that he did it, because it's the company's problem, not mine, but he did get fired about 5 months later due to his constant lateness and calling off, so there's that. I already get the feeling your average SJW-type person is a completely lazy and entitled fuck when it comes to working, so they probably make up the biggest demographic of people who already do fake call-offs with shitty excuses. I think in the coming years it's going to start becoming common to see people only staying at a job for 1 year or less, because we're just going to be flooded with lazy hipster SJWs who don't take anything they do seriously.

And they'll probably come up with some posh sounding euphemism for this behavior, calling it something like 'transient employment', when in reality it's just a bunch of hipster slobs who have no work ethic and get fired constantly. The future is grim, friends.
