Perhaps just other fatties who don't understand that the general public does not care if you're alone on Christmas/birthday/whatever. Between this, the repetitive use of the same clips and videos, and several other clues, I think she may be re.tarded in the literal sense. It may be biological, it may be the nueroinflammation, maybe her mom is just a psycho, but something is wrong there.

She says she tore her ATL - it's a pretty common injury for athletes. So basically, you have different degrees of tearing, from light sprain to severe. If her ligament is completely torn, which is the only type of injury where you can't put your weight on your leg at all (like your foot bends inwards and you fall - I've only seen it happen once to a volleyball acquaintance, and holy shit was she in so much pain), then the hospital wouldn't have released her without getting her or telling her to buy an orthosis / cast / or crutches asap.
Idk how they do it in the States, but here in France, the hospital either provides you those things, or the doctor makes a script for you to fill at the hospital pharmacy. So basically, you shouldn't be going home without a walking aide. Anyways, point is, if she tore her ligament completely, then there's no way in hell the hospital would've left her leave without assistance.
Most likely, she had a light to moderate sprain, in which case they just tape it up and tell you to put some ice on it and get some rest. In those cases, you can limp your way up some stairs. It may take you more time and not be comfortable, but it's doable for a normal person. And if you have a very low pain tolerance, you can always just climb the stairs on your ass. Like reverse triceps dip your way up - sit on a step with your back facing up, pull yourself onto the next step, and so on and so on - I did that once when I had an ankle injury I didn't want to aggravate.
Most people would've found a solution other than inconveniencing firemen to carry your fat ass upstairs, so the fact that she did that, and you know goddam well she called them asap, shows an insane level of entitlement. Well that and the need to lose weight, but since we all know that fat has nothing to do with health, surely all of her extra pounds won't mean a thing for her poor ligaments and bones.

When I was a kid, sometimes I would get on the doctor's scale backwards, just because (pretty sure it had nothing to do with being chubby or anything). You can still do that today, just step backwards onto the scale, let the doctor do their thing, and step off.
There you go. You're weighed, the doctor has that information, and you don't know the number at all. It's really not that hard. The push to not get weighed at all is so insane to me because if the point were to protect fatties' feelings, there are a hundred better ways to do so without withholding that piece of medical information. This "movement" to refuse being weighed seems so much more insidious because it's about projecting some false internal idea of what reality should be onto everyone else until reality bends under the heavy demands of the pygmy hippos.

Or you can just step on the scale, close your eyes without telling the doctor, step off, and then open your eyes. Half of this "medical fatphobia" nonsense can be solved with just a little bit of willpower. Well, I guess technically all of it can be solved with a little willpower, as the only reason most people are fat is an inability to make better decisions about when/what to eat.
The complete lack of shame here is amazing. That first tiktok where she's being carried down the stairs and all the normal people are standing around staring at her and giggling, for a normal person that is an absolute nightmare humiliating scenario that would replay in their heads when they're trying to get to sleep.
