1- Compared to hardcovers, paperbacks seemed to me like a premium product, selling less but for a higher price? Is that not the case? Are they not more expensive to produce?

but watching her type out how much people not liking her makes her cry unbearably in the most dramatic martyr way imaginable really killed all of my sympathy for her.
