There aren't really any inherent issues with elseif when you're just making an interactive novel.

The biggest problem I have with F95 is that almost every western game features incest(and not even the mild "what are you doing stepbro" kind). Based Patreon usually forces developers to remove direct mentions of incest, but most developers just change character titles and a few lines of dialogue so the intent is still painfully clear.

This. Most western porn devs are either troons or troon adherents while surprisingly, most japs have a decent balance of women and men in their dev teams (that doesn't make their things less creepy). There is a minority of just average coomers in the western scene, but they tend to get just as bad as the troons. Troons mostly do things with transformation (both genderbending and sissyfication), include options for gay relationships and they usually add some sort of furry shit to their stuff, becoming a fairly diverse and colorful ball of degeneracy. You can bet that more than half of the porn games on Steam are made by trannies and have some sort of furry stuff in them and are filled with "female euphoria" and cute lesbians like most agp troons like to parrot.

Also, trannies have a hardon with either fantasy monsters and cyberpunk settings.

You're pretty right there. Most creators either try to hard to appease to all shades of degenerate or they delve into a special and particular niche.

I'll put a couple of examples of this. I know i'm ruining my reputation but i'm taking one for the team so you don't have to see it or pay for it.

I'll go with two different examples: one western and another japanese.
The western one is a VN game called Winter Daze while the other is Melty's Quest, made in RPG maker by a small dev team. In Winter Daze you are some teenage kid that is trapped with his mother and his other 3 sisters inside a house during a snowstorm and he decides to pull some sleep hypnosis and manipulation tricks on all of them to have his own harem of unflinching and completely loyal sex slaves as a revenge since all of them shit on him constantly. This has to be done gradually over the course of 5 days with right and wrong choices where you have to slowly manipulate your siblings as well as putting hynotizing music so you can manipulate them easily when you decide to make them suck your pee pee. In the end, after turning your mother and sisters into cockwhores that won't disobey you, you have to come to terms with the fact that you're an incestuous bastard and you either double down on the incest or you decide to let all go.
Melty's Quest on the other hand is fairly basic in its mechanics since it's done with RPG maker. You're a princess that has to go on an adventure to save your dad's kingdom and losing battles means you get raped by monsters in different ways depending on what you lost to. Goblins will make you blow them, slimes will do buttsecks, lizardmen will just plain fuck you... The problem is that this game is very discretional with its degeneracy and includes feet fetishism, pregnancy and birth fetishism, ass eating (lots, which is fucked up), peeing and incest (you can get pregnant from your own father and have an orgy with your mother). There is also a strong implication of shota since Meltys gets fancy with a halfling, and curiously enough, all behave like little kids. Oh, and there is also a futanari succubus. Surprisingly enough, the game has a secret ending if you keep Meltys a virgin, but that makes the game incredibly hard because you get "slut levels" when you get raped and you need high "slut level" to put on different types of clothes and learn other skills.

Outside of these, there are plenty of many other games full of weird stuff out there. There is a porn Metroid game whose name i don't remember (where you get raped by xenomorphs and all sorts of hideous monsters in a space ship), Claire's Quest (dark fantasy game where you're a defenseless girl fleeing the horrors of war and most of the times she will end up violently raped by monsters or/and men), Spooky Milk Life (the one with the little girls with giant tits. Well, every woman in that game has gigantic boobs) or Spooky Startlets (Monstergirl porn flick manager simulator).

On the process of writing that i realized how fucking damaged i am. Holy shit, this feels like knowing eldritch lore, but rather than being insane, just makes you feel like you're crawling with maggots.

No, wasn't me. But i know the game, just i forgot the title. It's essentially a Metroid ersatz with extremely basic mechanics and full of xenomorphs with dingalings and boobas that rape you when you get close. I'll try to look up the title.

Later in 2016, Sandler started Cloud Meadow, his own version of the exact same game, and as far as I can remember, it's still the same tranny incest horse porn that rakes in thousands of dollars a month because western coomers have no pattern recognition and don't understand why there's a conflict of interest when you give money to a gamedev to not finish their game.

They're not even the only one, because there are Patreon games that have been 'in development' for 5+ years, longer than even the biggest AAA games.

I knew about Breeding Season, but not the entire debacle around it. Holy shit, that's some serious bombing. Not Yanderedev levels of bombing but damn... Did he left because he was entitled, drama with the team or something else? Outside of that, i haven't touched Cloud Meadow but i've seen some of the scenes and it's more of the shit you usually see: lots of horsecock and pseudo-bestiality, very big or very small women and furry crap. It reaches a point when it gets so fucking boring and predictable... And the game is still in early access btw.

Also, Hentaiwriter is the maker of Future Fragments, a game that has been in the "upcoming" shelf in Steam for 2 years already and its nowhere near completion by the looks of it. And it's pretty fucking low to be constantly egosearching. The guy probably has an ego as frail as wet smoking paper.

It really is. There's an as-of-yet unslurred genre of porn games flooding Steam... all "visual novels" (aka little too no player agency) and all using premade DAZ models. They all have the same unsettling uncanny valley look to them in screenshots. They all look like a handful of artistically untalented people slapped them together. And I cannot imagine seriously being aroused by any of it unless you're a horny teenager.

Most VNs in steam have as artists people that have to step up their game because they have some serious flaws. And i don't mean it as a way to think i'm hot shit, but as ways of saying that arms are long noodles, bodies lack proper anatomy and faces and clothes are weird as fuck. And that's when the art isn't straight out "horny 15 year old" tier. Anyone would expect that if your game has so little to offer you would get a great artist to offer something really good. But i guess they want to just make a quick buck and cutting your costs is a good way of increasing your profits.

At the time, the artist (called himself SPurple) claimed he was morally outraged by pseudo-pedophilia in the game and yanked all his art and further support. Someone in the dev team angrily leaked all the files that existed for the game at the end.

And over time it's become obvious SPurple is not only greedy ("I'm going to make my own bestiality simulator, with blackjack and hookers!") but that something is wrong with the guy. Like, personality disorder-level dysfunction. He threw some sort of tantrum over Cloud Meadow too, the clone he founded that's been "in development" since the original game was killed. But the team got a different artist and continue to barely work on the game while enjoying the monthly Patreon bux develop their quality software. I don't know what the former artist has gone on to do. Make some gullible asshole's life miserable, I'm sure.
