The moment Xander was born was the perfect moment for him to try and put to bed all the bad blood with the Vickers'. It's not that it would have been an easy solution, but had he offered money from the get go, kept Faith and her family off of social media and offered a plea deal then it would at least set him on the road to putting things right. No one would expect things to be fixed over-night, but the ball would be firmly in the Vickers' court at that point.

Most men get less erratic with age, they calm down and begin to focus on the things that matter in life. They work on their career, look to settle down and lose a lot of the angst that leads them into getting into pointless fights over nothing. The age 27 is the average age for this transformation, it's why most violent criminals who act out in anger end up growing out of it. Ethan on the other hand seems to be getting worse, why that is is anyone's guess but here are mine:

1) Alcoholism.
As many people, myself included, have come to realise, excessive alcohol consumption has a substantial effect on your mood. These effects occur both when you are drunk, when you are recovering and if you are an alcoholic when you have cravings. While you are drunk it disinhibits your behaviour, when you're hungover it can cause major mood-swings and the kind of anxiety that can cause you to lash out. Needless to say, his unhealthy relationship with drink could help explain large portions of his poor behaviour.

2) He's a redneck - and if you buy into what the likes of Thomas Sowell has to say, redneck culture is an honour culture. That is to say, any perceived slight has to be responded to by the individual, either by violence or threats of violence. I mean fuck, Ralph is the perfect specimen of this completely retarded view of things. It's like when people get shot or beat up over scuffing someone's new shoes.

3) He has anger problems stemming from an emotional level/ he's a sociopath.
From what little that can be glimpsed from his home life, it sounds problematic. Ronnie left him, and a DNA test was required so I can only guess at a young age his father ran away and denied paternity. Funny really, this time his son ran away and denied paternity. It's like poetry, it rhymes.

Anyway this has had a bad effect on Ralph and I think he's at the very least a low empathy person hence why he can threaten his teenage baby momma with abandoning their child, and the fact he acts outside of societal norms on a regular basis.

TL;DR There can be no redemption for this complete mess.

Low-status people, like Ethan Ralph and other niggers, have little or nothing to lose. Yet they mistakenly believe things can’t get that much worse for them if they mishandle every situation and burn every bridge. Watching it dawn on him that he’s wrong, that things can get (and are getting) much worse, is sheer hilarity.

He probably does think it's true. He's the type of person whose anger simply bulldozes over any nuances and leaves him with the answer he wants. The leak was posted to the farms (weeks after secureserver was hacked) by a (new) user. His website was vandalised by the (new) user. His fans were harassed by the farms (mostly plate gang but we don't talk about them...). Ergo the kiwi farms as a collective hacked his website.

An alcoholics brain or really any addicts brain activity is demonstrably impacted. Not only is the dopamine levels and shit wildly thrown off, but neurons and electrical activity just malforms even when sober, to the point where it takes years of sobriety for anything like normal activity to come back. And it never fully comes backs either, some damage is permanent.

Now I am no neuroscientist or anything so if I bumbled the explanation of how it works I apologize but I am not completely talking out my ass.
