One of the few moments I actually appreciate his brazen scoffing at the notion of doing something smart.

Of course, I'm assuming he knows exactly why he's being prompted to get into PC gaming, and is confident in telling the person to eat shit. If he's simply being a tard, well, that's honest too I suppose. Just not so intentionally honest.

I'm pretty convinced that he's thrown away at least six figures on various gacha shite throughout the years at this point.

Again, DSP lives within a hell of his own making.

With the bank leaks confirming that he is willing to prioritize his whaling over his mortgage, something I did NOT think he would do, it's a foregone conclusion that his spending goes beyond what his tips cover. And that by itself shows that it has to be six figures for Champions ALONE, given what his tips have been for some time.

It also shows that this is never going to stop under any circumstances, which means his hell has only just begun. Like I've said before, if we assume luck plans to protect him from the Grim Reaper for another thirty to forty years, that practically guarantees that something else will eventually come along to skewer his lifestyle in a way he cannot ever recover from. Dying young would be a kindness, next to what he's bringing on himself if he keeps going like this, and he refuses to accept either fate.

Just so far today before that clip. From what I read the last time he played, if you get btfo enough, the game suggests changing to easy mode and he allegedly didn't realize it asked him and he clicked 'yes'.

He bought the Deluxe Edition which includes most of the DLC except the upcoming Kaito Files, IIRC.

Mind you, he only bought the Deluxe Edition so that he could play the game three days earlier than the normal release date, he doesn’t give two shits about the DLC.

Not defending Phil, but it doesn't look like he was deliberately full of shit, just legit not paying attention, and rather running on auto-pilot, like I expect when he's playing a game, especially these days.

Though obviously him insulting people and then not apologizing for being wrong is Phil being a misanthrope like he always is. He doesn't even feel embarrassed, he just lacks the appreciation for his fellow man necessary to care about insulting them, even when his childish emotions aren't running the show at the moment.

In fact, I'm starting to question just how often he is being childishly emotional in his tirades...

Someone pointed had pointed out that Tevin may have been stressed out in general for different reasons, including declining viewership on Twitch, so I was curious and looked him up on https://twitchtracker.com/almighty_tevin/statistics and was...concerned with the numbers I saw:

I hadn't really checked out his content since he left YouTube (I stay the fuck away from Twitch, and only watch one person who streams MTG there) but if these numbers are accurate he's down 65% in average viewership over the last ~1.5 years -- if he earns his income purely through content creation then that is obviously problematic.

So that's why I was able to watch Tervin for at least 5 minutes without obnoxious TTS spam ruining the stream. Makes sense.

lol, the most unhinged "throw me in a padded cell pls" pigsplanation as to how he swears he didn't change it on easy. Difficulty settings suddenly don't exist anymore in the Yakuza series starting with this game for some reason and if it does it's some weird adaptive difficulty which makes the game easier for some ungodly reason if you're doing well, because SEGA are a bunch of fucking trailblazers and decided to implement this mechanic completely differently than every other game I know of. The two games I remember with adaptive difficulty are God Hand where enemies become much more aggressive and get new moves if you're on a high Ego level, meaning you're doing good and hitting enemies without getting hit yourself. I'm also replaying MGS The Phantom Pain at the moment and it does the same, the soldiers utilize counter-tactics depending on what you do, if you use snipers a lot they'll position more snipers at outposts, if you headshot dudes they start wearing helmets for example. If you fail a mission or die 3 times in a row the game asks you if you want a chicken hat which along with ignoring a combat alert 3 times lowers all counter-tactics by one level once you actually finish the mission.
