Oh man, I actually forgot about the trial. Assuming he missed it, what is the typical consequence for missing the date? I know missing a trial is a no-no, but is it one of those case-by-case deals or an automatic legal cactus up the ass? I honestly have no idea how the courts ration leniency on this kind of matter.
