John was at least upfront about his obsession for being defined by online metrics. I’m sure he mapped out who to ass kiss on views and followers. I even heard him brag about “a great tweet” in the few minutes of a Tim pool show I listened too.
Looking at his website I’m pretty sure he bought some marketing package with a whole formula for spamming leads and closing membership/ brunch ticket sales. It was like some generic MLM template repurposed to sell a “personal brand” instead of essential oils. Eh, no surprise, just googled it, he used krative or tansocial - companies that specialize in “personal brand” marketing packages.
His goal was being a amoral apex political grifter but his creepy degenerate sex life and anger ruined it. If only he wasn’t a creepy exhibitionist and obsessed with making his girlfriends fuck randos for his pleasure. Then again being a shameless exhibitionist is preq for building an online “personal brand” to milk for money.

Disloyalty? He showed up on some fellow content creator's videos. They were hoping to both expand their audiences by having both sets of audiences watch each other. This business exchange doesn't necessitate that they are friends.
That said, Jack's horrible behavior, both past and present has created a huge liability for all of Jack's "mutuals." You cannot defend everything this guy has done. Any amount of compassion or requests for "grace" has been completely undermined by Jack's ruthless desire to continue to target and go after people even AFTER they decide to give him a break. Jack doesn't deserve any compassion or grace. Jack wants to fuck over people who's only crime was to accidently find out who he is.
In addition to this, now knowing how Jack treats others, any of Jack's internet "friends" should now know how ruthlessly psychotic he is and not want to get involved with him on any level least Jack gets pissed at them and decides to start running gay ops on them too.
The only person who has come out of this looking good is Jack's current/former lawyer. Yes, he defended his client. Even when he may not be currently paid to do so. That is a lawyer's job. That is the type of lawyer who you want to hire. Not a lawyer who will throw his current/former clients under the bus.
No amount of "defending" Jack works. Jack has obviously lied too much. He has done too many horrible things.
The best thing any "friend" of Jack can do for him right now is to 100% not talk about him under any circumstances.

Very likely. PR firms don't work cheap, that's why they're usually employed by REAL celebrities with REAL money. It's like hiring a legal team, so unless Jack cheaped out and forked over a few thousand for a meeting with a PR firm who told him the obvious shit anyone with half a brain would do upon experiencing the sheer assrape Jack's career has suffered.
But Jack doesn't even have half a brain, because anyone with a half a brain isn't filming their cuck porn and dildo sessions when they're pulling in tens of thousands of dollars from a grift that would be destroyed if anyone saw your cuck porn and dildo obsession.
If he hadn't had the initial meltdown online, he'd be in a much better position to do a comeback. If he really did hire a PR firm, then he's got the advice to lay low and don't make a show. After a few months, we'll probably forget about him just like we've forgot about other cucks like Maddox and Jack can try and weasel his way back into the self-help market with a healthy dose of "moving on from the past" or some nonsense he'll spout at anyone bringing up the dildos.

Did some testing in the comments for Tim Pool's videos, because I'm petty like that.
"Cuck" is banned on all 3 of his channels. If you make a comment with cuck in it, it will be automatically deleted within 30 seconds. TimcastIRL, Timcast and Tim Pool channels all automoderate "cuck." I tested on a few other channels and the exact same comments did not get automoderated. "Cuckold" "Kuck" and "Cuckoo" are still allowed on Tim's channels.
As with all of Tim Pool's principles, he only cares about freedom of speech when it suits him to grift. "It's only a matter of time before YT deletes my channel because I'm fighting against the Big Tech oligarchy's censorship! So subscribe to my shitty website designed by retards..."

There are some other examples good examples this type of hypocrisy too (although they're escaping me at the moment), but yes, I think 99.9% of people are completely hypocrtical about free speech. My main gripe with Tim Pool is that I don't think he's entertaining, intelligent or insightful enough to deserve the massive audience that he has.
His popularity is some mix of right place, right time and there being a gap in the market when he was 'coming up'. That also explains alot of Crowder's success. I give them props for some of their production values, but he's also not that smart and not that funny.
