This is one thing I dislike about Tim, and with Dick Masterson too. They are too "anti-authority", as opposed to "anti-authoritarian". I've had friends like that and they were always making things harder than it had to be. Pick and choose your battles. I like when Luke was telling his story about his friend being stabbed in the head by a serial killer, and Brandon Tatum was like "that sounds too crazy". I'm glad Brandon is there to be a voice of reason.

I mean it's just a wild ass guess. Really it could be anyone for any number of reasons, not like Tim is well liked.
Could be some Jack Murphy simp mad over whatever.
Could be some Quartering simp mad at Tim for whatever Quartering said he was doing (or someone following one of the many Quartering derivative channels that are probably doing the same thing).
Could be some /poltard false flagging.
Could be some buttmad who's been waiting for Jan 6th specifically to do this.

Luckily for Tim after watching the clip sounds like he's at least smart enough that he contacted the local police ahead of time and had some anti-swatting measures in place, something anyone who has any kind of e-notoriety should do preemptively.

Tim did an old interview with Jack before IRL was a thing talking about Jack being fired, then Jack was the first guest of TimCast IRL, after which he became a weekly guest. After some time off as he was traveling Jack became a bi-weekly guest, and after he blew up on Sydney he went on Tim's show first and lied about a bunch of stuff while Tim guntguarded him which escalated things. According to Reddit posts Tim has banned Jack from the show and lead to where we are today.

If I had to guess, I doubt it's Jack, but you never know with him. I'd think it's more likely to be RA or one of RA's friends.

Here's a question though, don't most big streamers these days contact the police station near them to notify them of their existence for this very reason? Considering Tim's sizes it negligent of him not to have done so to avoid something extreme, or maybe he did and that's why they just showed up and took a look around instead of kicking doors down. I found the part in the show and by his account he almost certainly did that which is why they didn't kick in his door and run in with guns out instead they knocked and said they got a call about dead people and needed to check things out and apologized that they had to bother him about it.
