Honestly, I unironically respect the fact that she can perform as poorly as she does (didn't even hit double digit score in the zako cup) and keep coming back each year and having fun with it.

If you're gonna lose you might as well have fun doing it, and honestly having someone like that around takes some of the pressure off the other girls around her because they can take a breath and know they won't come in dead last.

Choco is what happens when you dont know the shortcuts, dont know how to drift and dont know how to boost at the start. Also looking at the times A-chan and Towa cut to her, I'm pretty sure she has the motion controls set to on.

Last year I remember being worried for Choco since she couldn't stream because of some problem apparently and then not only was she dead last in every race she was usually super far behind. So I'm glad she's able to just have fun with it like this.

Don't know about an actual list, but you can find some of the "purged" content on RLM's website. For example, this Transformers: The Last Knight joke HiTB seems to be gone from YT but is still up on their website.
Here's a github tool that lets you search(?) and download blip.tv videos, might be some RLM purged videos in there, search for "redlettermedia". This seems to be a search engine for RLM's stuff that's archived on archive.org.
