Tim Pool - 'journalist' who claims to be a sensible centrist & sucks Sargon of Akkad's wiener; Afraid of the Milkshake ANTIFAs

I don't know. Tim seems absurdly distrustful of police. It honestly looked like he was more upset that the police didn't obey his door mats than he did that someone tried to murder him via cop.

Tim and Malice are the kind of lolbertarians that are enraged even by the idea that someone in their life might at some point tell them what to do.

It’s oppositional defiance disorder for people with enough social graces to not become inmates.

Bitch, don't get my hopes up like that. Ruby Ridge 2.0 kicking off because of Tim fucking Pool would be amazing. You know he'd be livestreaming as much of it as humanly possible. Imagine the pure insanity.

People would be betting on which member of Tim's circle is going to get sniped first, who's going to mentally snap, or who will be the first to start a fistfight. Farmers would all be watching it together and live reacting, in a nice community bonding experience.
This is some of the gayest shit I've read in a while.

should've asked me how to conceal this better. Amateur move, the trust ain't gonna help you when you sign the mortgage under your name. This is publicly viewable by anyone, as long as you have the knowledge, which I do very much in-depth. If you wish to conceal your property ownership, you should do everything you can not to have your name on any of the docs. You can't really get around it when you have a mortgage that'll require your signature, which legally must be recorded with the county or municipality (depending on the state). I don't hate Tim, I ignore him, I wish him well but security through obscurity faces these kinds of problems. I'd advise moving to a gated community of some sort. Won't comple

Excellent. I didn't have the gumption to go to the online property records last night.

So this confirms it. Also, it kind of puts to myth the notion that Tim Pool is living some hardcore prepper lifestyle on a homestead in the middle of nowhere.

In reality, he live in a McMansion that is an hour drive out of Washington DC and is a suburb of Harpers Ferry, adjacent to a freeway offramp.

And to be fair, the neighborhood looks nice and upscale. And maybe for someone like Tim, who clearly has no lifeskills, living on a four-acre woodlot is living in the boonies.

High profile individuals rally to swatted streamers because they fear the same happening to them. If guests are afraid, they will appear via zoom. Tim solidifies support and the press grows his brand. Free speech absolutists will watch his show because the swatting gives the impression that Tim's speech is dangerous truth and someone is trying to stifle it.

Edit - You are right about security. He will spend a fortune on it. He's very paranoid.
Phreaking is nothing new. This shit has been going on since internet was a baby. The only difference now, is that it is a little bity easier in some methods. "Spoofing", which, is not as hardcore lost as when someone was tinkering with hardware someplace without camera, but still, follows a similar set of, "Things".

Some new kids, years ago, read a phreaking manual, and this is where things got to where they are now, with this situation, and others in recent history. Best to do, not bitch about a doormat, just make sure local police department knows you could be a target.

Nothing too much new here. This shit happened in the past, but was much more not as/// advertised, due to tech at the time. Nowadays, it gets publicity, and, yes, it is a low point of fucking with phones, to do this shit.

Yeah, that one caught me off guard. Has Tim even mentioned he has a girlfriend before now?

To me, that says he can't get anyone else to work for him. Are there really that many genuinely qualified people who would jump at the opportunity to be employed under Tim Pool? Or maybe his paranoia won't let him hire someone he doesn't know. Or maybe he pays his family and friends less than he would pay a professional.

Or maybe he's an idiot. Take your pick.
He might be modelling his business structure off that of Linus Media Group. Now he just needs to find a fat skulleted nerd to know what he's talking about

Never be deterred when you see the property is held in a trust on the assessment, usually there will be a mortgage filed--see who signed it. You cannot sign a mortgage as a trust. Or for a deed transferring out, for that matter, you will just sign as a trustee, but your name will appear.

It's hard to stay anonymous when real property records are usually public--and owning your own house.

So you're saying there is no recourse to stay hidden as a property owner?

Didn't follow this thread so maybe it was already posted but the mortgage asssociated with the property shows:

Sorry Tim but you should've asked me how to conceal this better. Amateur move, the trust ain't gonna help you when you sign the mortgage under your name. Won't completely protect you but will make it harder for someone to drive by.
Tim owns 3 properties total based on what he's said online and what we've seen. The first is the studio which he streams from which Ian and others live at but Tim does not, the second is a house he lives in across state lines (I think he's in Maryland and the studio is in West Virginia), and the third is the newly acquired property they intend to make into Freedomistan which is a bit of a drive from the studio.

Really Tim is his own worst enemy when it comes to privacy.

It varies.

There are some states where you - the public - are not able to determine who a property owner is via search results. This has pros and cons.

However, the Government, County, State, and Federal, know who owns the land.
California is the most notable one. The reason is, I believe, that government officials legally cannot have their names appear in those search results with the address, and due to the impossibility of tracking that counties in CA, they just don't show both the name and address. Also, California is just one of the worst states to search for title stuff. A little digression, but it may help a KFer in the future.

Florida and TX sometimes have confidential properties. A few other states do too but TX and FL are the biggest; I believe they block out military and law enforcement. Some county sites have holes/bugs where you can trick the system into spitting out the confidential information--unsecured PDF generator plugins.

---
Also, third party vendors however may have this information and are either plugged into county systems already, or have done their own tracking. Back when I worked with this stuff there were tools where you could search by name or address and get accurate info. So even you're not safe there.

So you're saying there is no recourse to stay hidden as a property owner?

There might be. You'd have to talk to a lawyer, there is probably some complicated arrangement on how this would be done, but for the average person, if you want to hide, you might want to rent it. Don't let them tell you the trust is enough if you're gonna ever possibly have to sign any docs with your own name at the county and have them recorded. As you can see, if Tim intended the trust to give him privacy, it was a waste--it took me less then 3 minutes to find him on the recorder site.

Many states have assumed spousal joint tenancy when married, so you could marry someone in secret and have them hold the house, and you legally get de facto ownership of it. Maybe something else will come to me. But, even still the bank will want you to sign off on the mortgage because you have title to the house. Everyone with title to a property must sign off on the loan in most circumstances.

If anyone ever has any questions, feel free to PM me. I'm very, very good at this, using these recorder and assessment sites, among others.

"I posted on Twitter asking why people aren't having kids and everyone responded 'I don't know, why aren't you having any?' And well,"

(He actually says this)

"I can't speak to as to why I don't. I honestly don't know."

Nigger. It is your dick. It is your million dollar skate mansion. It is your ignoring women until you were 36. Answer the question.

Ian's ex is still at it, weird Andreas sex party at the Beanie Compound is now pinned content.

Tim doesn't do zooms. You would know his if you ever watched his shows. Tim may get more viewers, but losing high profile guests or upping security will cost him more.

Jesus tapdancing christ it must've been amateur hour up at Casa del Beanieboy. I'm guessing he didn't have an attorney specializing in estate management handling this because there's no way in hell anyone worth their salt would let this happen when advised that their client is looking to stay out of sight. Usually for something like this you have an offshore company hold legal title while you pay some goober to put his name on the incorporation documents and anywhere else it needs to be, but you retain full ownership of the corporation (and hence its properties). For someone with his kind of cash to spend he could've easily found someone working out of the Bahamas that could've handled this... but he didn't... because stupid fucking bean(ieboy).

Lesson to everyone else: If you want to stay out of sight... maybe ask somebody competent how to do it?
