Georgia 'LYNCHING' citizen fatally shoots unarmed black man ... Video Emerges, Grand Jury to Convene

The fatal shooting of Ahmaud Arbery -- a 25-year-old black man out for a jog when he was chased and killed -- was caught on video, prompting a call for a grand jury to review the case.

Arbery's death is being referred to as a modern-day lynching, as he was unarmed when he was gunned down in Brunswick, GA on February 23 by a white citizen named Travis McMichael ... who has not been arrested or charged. He also happens to be the son of a former district attorney investigator.

As you can see in the video, Arbery was jogging when he was stopped by McMichael and his father in a white pickup truck. McMichael was armed with a shotgun. Arbery appears to attempt to run around the truck before he and McMichael start grappling.

After at least 2 shots, the men continued struggling over the gun ... until Arbery stumbles away, shot in the mid-section, and then collapses to the ground. He was later pronounced dead.

McMichael has not been charged in the shooting ... reportedly because he and his father, who was in the back of the truck, claim they were trying to make a citizen's arrest. They claim Ahmaud fit the description of a suspect in a string of recent break-ins in the area.

After the emergence of the video, D.A. Pro Tempore Tom Durden has decided the case "should be presented to the grand jury of Glynn County for consideration of criminal charges against those involved in the death of Mr. Arbery.”

Ahmaud's family says the use of deadly force was unnecessary.

Here's the statement from the district attorney who was brought in to oversee the case and decide how and whether the case should be prosecuted.

Attorney Lee Merritt, who represents Arberys mother, claims "The series of events captured in this video confirm what all the evidence indicated prior to its release— Ahmaud Arbery was pursued by three white men that targeted him solely because of his race and murdered him..."

Its not supremacist to think I shouldn't have to let feral niggers rape and steal bc I'm white. Dog whistle Twitter words from the bait poster. Throw in a chud next time you try hard faggot
It's incredibly supremacist to insist that a random, completely innocent black kid who got ran down by rednecks and murdered was a 'feral nigger raping and stealing'.

I do think, that Ahmaud had every right to grab the gun though.

He didn't, though.

It's not everyday a group of people in a pickup truck follows you with the people also holding guns and pointing at you.

Nobody pointed guns at him.

He didn't know he was going to die in the coming moments, all he really knew was that he was jogging at one moment and then people with guns started pointing at him.

You seem uninformed about the events of the day or his history. Ahmaud had a long criminal history and pattern of violent behavior when confronted by law enforcement or his victims. He likely assumed that he would be arrested, his parole invalidated, and sent to jail. It's likely that for that reason he attacked the McMichaels and died in the struggle.

Anyway, I feel bad the last guy. He got life with parole for recording something. He also could have had a deal that his lawyer didn't notify him of(so I heard). That sucks major balls and he's going to state with the rest of them. Odds on them lasting a month?

Yeah, he's the most turbo fucked of them all.

How did the guy who filmed the murder but never participated get a life sentence? That sets a pretty terrifying precedent.
The legal answer: he drove his car in front of Arbury and hindered his path to get out of their and if he doesn't do that Arbury gets to continue running and probably gets shot in the back or shot someplace else since the McMichaels weren't stopping.

The real answer: he's white and was involved in a shooting where a black man was "hunted down"(the judge said this) and shot. Everyone is going to jail and for a long time for that.

Because he folded his defense into the others instead of getting his own lawyer. I feel bad for that guy, but he really did let the system fuck him and he should do okay on appeal.
Pretty sure he's fucked on appeal with the other guys. I'd he survives in prison long enough. There really isn't anything appealable for him that isn't appealable for the McMichaels and there's no way any judge in Georgia is going to do anything to help them out in their appeal.

He did not, he was in his car and was trying to hit him and ended up helping trap him, his own lawyer said at sentencing that if Bryan actually hit AA that maybe he would not have been shot, I know you faggots don't actually watch the trial or know any of the facts but you out yourselves too easily.

But that long criminal history has nothing to do with that moment. He was just jogging and then a pickup truck rolled up on him with people with guns. It would be quite the stretch to say it was an arrest since it was just a regular white pick up with regular civilians in civilian clothing, rolling up on him with gun at hand. Not many people would know what to do at that moment right? It's not everyday one jogs and suddenly a car with people with guns trying to arrest you or in this case make a citizens arrest. None of the actions of what the men did seem legal, and like I said before, with a situation like that, any bodies mind would go crazy since nothing is known about what to do. He was in an extremely precarious position and like I said before, fight-or-flight, but it seemed fight-or-flight might've ended the same way regardless.

Reminder that @JohnDoe is the guy who threw a temper tantrum when an underage black girl shot and killed the pedophile who paid to rape her and had her initial life sentence reduced after serving 15 years, because he thinks she should have served the full life sentence.

There's no point in arguing rationally or reasonably with these people because they are racist crackers and literally nothing matters to them except the race of the people involved, and they will always, always, always side with the white guy, no matter how egregiously wrong that stance is.
He also thought that Brock Turner, that rich kid who raped an unconscious woman in broad daylight, was an innocent man, and that the judge who was recalled for giving him, and other people ridiculously low sentences (like giving another man possessing a fuckton of cp only four days in jail for example), was only being recalled because of muh feminism and SJWs.

My point is that he has a history of defending really scummy shit for some reason.
