You guys are going to be really disappointed. She'll "go into labor", give birth, and she and the baby will be home in 2-3 hours of the labor post. In the past she'd post a few photos of months old black babies or cropped black and white photos of her with Ben or Lucy, but I doubt she'll do it this time. Eventually she'll stop talking about it, and when pressed, he'll say he went to live on ETs home planet with his parents, because Mama Bushart is racist and doesn't want to raise a black baby.
He spent a while defending her online after that, but he moved on pretty fast. I don't think any of the guys who mess around with her ever think she's pregnant. But most of them don't seem to realize they're dating her, let alone 'married'. Sammie is a pump and dump. Antonio did that with her for the last year or so of his life, Clarence and DeWayne take turns doing it. It's honestly depressing she can't see this.
The longest time she lied to someone who actually believed her was the first time she dated Dalton and they had Genithis Printhess, I think it was. That dumbass nigga actually went to the hospital.

There are always girls like Sammie in the birthing/new mom groups and those actually pregnant women don't hold back once they smell blood in the water. Sammie isn't particularly smart, so she's not good at hiding all her bullshit and they'll figure her out eventually. She probably lurks those groups to steal pics, we know women have accused her of pic theft before.

Kim's ultrasound looks super sus to me. The UAMS logo looks like it was added later. It's common to have the name of the facility, but I've never seen an ultrasound image with an actual logo like that. It's always just been the exact same font as the rest of the info on it. Not having her name, DOB, or gestational age is also weird. If you're posting your own ultrasound image on your personal Facebook page, there's no reason to crop it out. One that was posted online for educational purposes? Absolutely would have identifying info like that removed.

I think Kim's US photo is real, (Whether not it's actually hers could still be questioned) but UAMS sends the patient a link for online access to photos as well as a set of prints. I had an appointment there yesterday with a high-risk OB, and my online photos have the exact same logo but the prints have my name, DOB, and gestational age like usual. I assume it's a privacy precaution since they are accessible with just a link and no password required.

Now Sammie on the other hand...she just steals them indiscriminately. Someone called her out not long ago for it and she tried to tell them that her "doctor puts the pics on Google".

I wanted to say this as well. The place I went to for 3d/ 4d ultrasounds gave me prints with my info on it for the non 3d US but the email with all the other photos they took didn't have any of my info on it. But I also second the opinion that it doesn't prove they're hers. Folks like her and Sammy are why I've only shared a few US pics to friends and family.

I can't remember how far along Kim is but hers looks awfully sus too. I don't remember any of the scans I had looking like that.
eta: by the time you're far along enough to get the ultrasound (at least back in the stone age when I was pregnant), the baby doesn't look like such a blob.

This could definitely be a 14 week twin pregnancy. It's likely an image taken just to show the position of the two gestational sacs relative to each other, and both fetuses happen to be in a transverse orientation (which is a cross section). It looks like the abdomen of one twin and possibly the head of the other twin. It's not a sagittal midline view (where you would see the fetus in profile), hence it doesn't look "babyish".
Edit: this is a very fat person, which makes it more likely to be Kim's, although of course nobody can say for sure with the ID banner cropped out.
