I have no idea how to tell if an ultrasound is accurate to gestational age or not, but I do have to say that Kimmie is pretty much functionally retarded and we all probably put more brainpower into thinking about it than if she actually faked it.

Ngl it would surprise me if Kimmie knew to look for a water marked sonogram of twins roughly the same age from her local hospital on google.

eta: by the time you're far along enough to get the ultrasound (at least back in the stone age when I was pregnant), the baby doesn't look like such a blob.

Most people don't get an US that early unless you've previously had an ectopic pregnancy and the OB wants to see if your baby has gone rogue. There's just really no point to it.

One of the biggest fears for any woman going through pregnancy is the idea of stillbirth. There's no other way out for Samantha, she'll be playing the stillbirth card. That doesn't mean she has any sort of intelligent plan, it's going to be a mess when it happens, and she'll probably will go as far as stealing pictures of actual stillbirths and sharing it as her loss.

A lot of ob offices now have those portable u/s machines now too so they use those early on to check heart rate vs Doppler-especially if you are fat. Maybe that’s how Kim is getting all those poor quality pictures.

Most of those places will give you one just for walking in, so they can try and talk retarded hillbilly sluts into keeping their accidents, just like how Jesus wanted. They cut her off once she got too far along to legally abort in Arkansas. I have no doubt she's listed as high risk though. Aiden was massively premature, and Kim has dumpster genetics. She's insanely overweight and carries most of it in her gut, smokes, and has untreated type 2. I'll be shocked if she ends up with two living babies, to be honest.

I'm also willing to bet everything I own, that when she miscarries, she'll blame Dalton for getting arrested and stressing her out. Just like Sammie did with Antonio and the fake twins.

In the third trimester I could believe an ultra sound every week or two weeks, but in the first? no .. yeah I’m sure she is traveling around, and probably lying to clinics to get these. I highly doubt she’s actually paying for them. This entire family actually gets me a little MATI.
