He's being particularly retarded and twisting the narrative to make himself out to be correct - first of all, no dev team under the sun would follow up a 20h game (campaign) with a 500h game, sequel to the first one, and you'd be certifiably autistic if you even consider this as a possibility.
Second of all, you'd be a complete retard to assume 500h is what it takes for you to complete the story, the entire time it has been obvious they were speaking about the platinum for the game.
DSP has to go to the extent to twist the narrative as if they lied about how long their story is (this literally never happened, from their initial tweet you could see they meant 500h to 100% the game) just so he can look correct.
They just needed to correct themselves for all the retards that are drunk on Twitter in the middle of the night (DSP), and misread, or have basic reading comprehension.
It's been clear the ENTIRE TIME, the game takes 500h to complete 100%. They didn't lie, didn't scam, didn't release misleading trailers (Cyberpunk 2077), didn't lie about the content of their game (Anthem).
Only sin they committed is not being 100% clear what they meant, bringing out the average "so what you're saying is..." retard niggers that live on Twitter to complain about it.

Judging by the first game, DL2 can take you 500h to FULLY do all side missions, collect all blueprints to custom weapons, and craft them. Collect all armor sets, get all collectibles. Clear out all areas of bandits, zombies, etc. You know, busywork platinum-style grinding.
But you don't have to do any of that in the 20h to complete the game.
