Let's pretend for one moment that he does die before the election, just for the funsies. What happens then? Will the nomination revert to option number 2, aka Bernie Sanders? Or will his running mate automatically replace him just the way Vice-President is supposted to step in after the Big Man in the White House chokes on a piece of matzo? Does he even have a running mate yet?

Not a lawyer, but SCOTUS ruled on whether OSHA could regulate workplace safety in a medical context when its the medical field. A more complicated trial would be to say they're violating the Nuremberg Code by forcing a medical treatment, and that the burden of proof is on the feds to demonstrate that no-jabs are any danger to anyone, or no more than the jabbed. Someone with standing, like someone in the medical field still affected by the mandate, has to file suit and make the arguments. This was a narrower ruling on whether OSHA has that power.

Also I saw chatter that this was specific about _companies_ sueing but the door was still open for workers.

He should've personally executed Kavanaugh for voting to uphold the CMS mandate. Drumpf has failed us yet again. He's done.

There's two twitter camps for younger conservatives quietly competing with each other without outright saying it, with the Human Events people like Posobiec, St. Clair and Benny Johnson vs. The Daily Wire people of Shapiro, Walsh and Owens. The HE side seems to actually do investigative stuff, bringing up information and fighting fire with fire. They did more for helping Kyle Rittenhouse's case than other media people. The Daily Wire people are a new form of Con Inc., being a more presentable and better with media but just reactionary "ok, this is an EPIC takedown" type of bullshit. They piggybacked on other mandate lawsuits but pretend they did it themselves because they're fighters but by the way you can't elect Trump again.
