I rewatched an episode of season 1 for background noise and it’s hard to believe Tammy wasn’t always such a bitch. Maybe it was just for the cameras, but when her family would confront her about weight she’d actually be receptive even if only a tiny bit and still they’d argue, it wasn’t a complete shutdown like she does now. She’d talk about weight loss way more. Seems as though she gave up in season 2 and became fully retarded in season 3. Don’t get me wrong, she was already pretty retarded, but there was signs of intelligence even in season 2. Now there’s nothing.

Tammy's issue is she started this journey on the same page as everyone else, and now Amy has had surgery, Chris has had surgery, and she's ballooning up. She thought that this would be an easy process, and she doesn't have the mental capacity to understand why her siblings are successful and she isn't. She thinks their success is taking away from her somehow, and is now becoming resentful rather than inspired. She's a toxic human being.

After doing some snooping, my guess is Hillcreek Rehab and Care in Louisville, Kentucky. Yellow walls and decor match with previous Tiktoks and pictures. Tammy isn't doing anything but being a burden on healthcare workers there, since late November.
