Translation: Phil is too cheap to spend the money. I'm sure that if he held an "emergency fundraiser" to raise money for taking the trash to the dump, his paypigs would go for it.

Some interesting tipping this morning. $20 from 'Papa Lou', several $1.50 tips from names like Ice Poseidon and Joe Biden, and a few from 'Lyciversoul'.
Phil stressed that this was not the real Papa Lou from the past, but someone impersonating him.

1. He said previously he did not want tippers to impersonate other people, even if they're using socks. But this is apparently now fine. How does one get immunity from this rule? Money. You do it with money.
2. This is the exact same type of tipping that led to the tipquisition against Jim a few days ago, but Phil has resumed pretending that he is unaware of who is actually sending these tips, despite calling his audience stupid for believing he could not. Why he needs to keep up this facade is really, really sleazy. But in the wake of Jim, it's clear that Phil values pretending he can't identify the tipper immediately, and he has no qualms about lying about something that every person in the room knows is true, and which he expects them to know, but also to pretend along with him.

He values a lack of transparency. Just wanted to hammer that point home for when he calls himself transparent 10 minutes from now.

If the bills are being adjusted by the State and City Municipal offices, that means people in that area will be billed either when the garbage has been collected or rolled into another month

I'm thinking its going to be the former as the Municipal offices can invoice each address home by home, no such thing as the "government has his back", they obviously give you an option to get rid of the trash to save backlog as well as waste production in recycling and disposal...

The drivers still have to be paid, as well as costs Phil... You aren't getting away with NOT paying, you just will be charged when they can negotiate a settlement and drivers can get back out there...

This is the laziness Phil of all people has in his brain, it's naht HIS jahb to do the trash stOOpid it's the workers!

Manually doing a job to save some time is common sense... But I think common sense is too much hard work for PhilPig!

This is a guy who genuinely thought that eating out was cheaper than making a meal from scratch. He has no concept of the value of money and values convenience over money every time. If he was desperate enough to get rid of his doordash waste, he'd just go to the nearest landfill instead of waiting for a dispute that's entirely out of his hands.
