I wish Kiara would remove her head from her ass just long enough to realize that no, "muh subs numbers" isn't going to be affected when collabbing with a XY chromo. The only other holomem who's openly stated the same way is Noel.

It's just how Kiara is, we all know this. She's got that idol mindset and it worries her what interacting with guys could do. Also Kiara removing her head from her ass in general is something that probably won't ever happen and this is coming from someone who loves and supports her.

From what we've seen, Mumei is one of the EN girls who, while not fluent in Japanese, seems to have a relatively large vocabulary to the point where she can at least decode the context of Japanese phrases by herself.

Combine that with having the other girls to translate and them having chosen a game that tends to go off the rails even with people speaking the same language, I'm sure it'll work out just fine.

I also doubt that, but I interpreted what she said to mean that he apologized to HoloEN as a whole, not individually, though perhaps also individually to Callie since they're frens.

I don't understand why some people are so eager to doubt this guy really apologized. Just saying something like, "Look, I see now that what I said could have come off the wrong way, and I apologize for not choosing better words" or that sort of thing isn't a particularly unusual thing for people to do. If there's some reason why I shouldn't give this guy the benefit for the doubt, I don't know it yet.

This is absolutely not going to be the case. I'm sure the girls will translate for Mumei when needed, but other than that, this is going to be almost completely in japanese, because that's how these things always go - the vast majority of people in the collab can speak japanese, so that's the language that's going to be spoken for 90% of the stream. I'm sure at some point one of the boys will probably say a single sentence in english or something, but even then, that's likely to be just as a quick joke or a simple greeting rather than an actual serious attempt at an english conversation.

What I meant was that in the game of "Describe what the image you are seeing is, so that the other person can draw later" they will use basic english. Not that the boys will speak english. My fault for not clarifying. Although, I still feel they will throw a phrase or two in english.

To be fair, the last time I saw someone try to make a serious attempt at an unfamiliar language, it was Millie taking a stab in the dark and accidentally telling Chima she 'loves bitches'. Making one-off jokes and Mumei remaining silent for most of it is probably the least embarrassing course of action.

Rewatching it, I had forgotten how Conner had actually phrased the controversial take, but it was more than just hololive = instant success. The implication of this, whether he meant it that way or not, is that he thinks there are some in hololive that are bad streamers and don't deserve to be there or have the success they do.

Streaming is a form of entertainment, an entertaining streamer is a good streamer. You may not think she streams enough to be worth a membership, and that is up to you for your own money. But your belief that you get to decide what makes a good streamer or bad streamer is as dumb as the people who try and control the streamers like the asshole who superchated Calli. Based on Ayame's viewership numbers and superchats the people who support her seem fine with her light schedule, your constant hate on her just makes you seem sad and pathetic.

Don't know if I've posted this guy before but he has now created a figure of one of the best hags around, the one and only Botan. The attention to detail he goes to is absolutely nuts, I think he is regarded as one of the best figure painters around and it shows. Just look at this art, it looks way too good. I would love to own one of his figs, but their super limited and they cost an absolute bomb (heh, pun not intended).

If you ever wanted to watch some one make a figure from scratch with just the garage kit, it's actually a really therapeutic thing to watch. Makes you really appreciate some of the thought process that goes into it now.
