Jaron Seth Bloshinsky / Jazz Jennings / I Am Jazz - Puberty Blockers: Not Even Once

Have you guys ever watched or read a piece of media that reminded you of the whole Jazz fiasco?
Seriously, no one's gonna mention "I'm A Boy" by The Who?

From Wikipedia - The song is about a family who "order" four girls, but a mistake is made and three girls and one boy are delivered instead. The boy dreams of partaking in sports and other boy-type activities, but his mother forces him to act like his sisters and refuses to believe the truth.

One little girl was called Jean-Marie
Another little girl was called Felicity
Another little girl was Sally-Joy
The other was me
And I'm a Boy

My name is Bill and I'm a head case
They practice making-up on my face
Yeah I feel lucky if I get trousers to wear
Spend days just taking hairpins from my hair

I'm a boy, I'm a boy
But my ma won't admit it
I'm a boy, I'm a boy
But if I say I am
I get it

Put your frock on, Jean-Marie
Plait your hair, Felicity
Paint your nails little Sally-Joy
Put this wig on little boy

I'm a boy, I'm a boy
But my ma won't admit it
I'm a boy, I'm a boy
But if I say I am
I get it

I wanna play cricket on the green
Ride my bike across the street
Cut myself and see my blood
I wanna come home all covered in mud

I'm a boy I'm a boy
But my ma won't admit it
I'm a boy, I'm a boy, I'm a boy
I'm a boy, I'm a boy, I'm a boy, I'm a boy
I'm a boy, I'm a Boy
I'm, A, Boy!

I think it hadn't yet occurred to that FtM professor that while a bolted on skin sock (hovering above her still-functional genitals, no less)
They don't have still functional genitals. The vagina gets removed and the labia is used to make the scrotum. Only in insane women, like the nonbinary chick get a phallo while leaving the vagina. And even then, the labia is removed, which makes it even more horrifying. Even metiodoplasties, they remove the vagina. Of course they have to have full hysterectomies before they can do this.

FTM is worse. At least with MTF surgeries, they use just the penis, or internal tissues. Phallo literally flays skin from your arm, thigh, back, or abdomen, rolls it into a tube, then attachs it to your groin. It's literal FGM, but wrapped up as "You're getting a penis!" Though, maybe we should be lucky that most TIFs don't want phallo, and they aren't pushed into getting it as much as underage men getting pushed into SRS.

I do tend to think that is the case. - How could he ever live as a man, now? At best, he might join a circus freakshow.
It's :optimistic::optimistic::optimistic: but at least if he came to realize all the evil that has been done to him, he could stop sitting around waiting for the surgeries to make him happy. He would know that he has to get away from Jeanette, because rather than a loving mother, she is a narcissist who is ruining his life. He would stop publicly pushing the lies that have been pushed on him. He probably wouldn't be able to live as a man, but still it seems like as difficult as it would be to process and accept the horrible truth, it would be better than letting Jeanette continue humiliating him on national TV and further ruining his life, while he sits around waiting for happiness to finally find him, and for that special "individual" to come along and magically awaken his ability to orgasm.

So I just watched season 1 episode 1. Interesting tidbits for ya'll
- Jazz is measured as 5'1" in this episode. Jeanette looks about 2-3 inches taller than him in these segments if someone wants to compare that family photo of them lined up like the gay rainbow. Jeanette's height is listed as 5'6" on google, but I doubt it.
- Ari is featured in most of the talking heads. She constantly reinforces how Jazz wanted to wear her clothes and thats how they knew Jazz was a girl. Ari is 19 and Jazz 14 (8th grade) at this point.
- Jazz has real girl friends in this episode. They are laughing like crazy and seem legit. All are normal "cis" teen girls. Wtf happened?
- The twins are identical
- Jazz says he doesn't want the surgery most likely, "it's a lot to think about". Says he is comfortable with his body as it is. Does mention Belly Bob and complains about having no weight go to his hips lmfao no shit breh
- Grandma said she needed therapy to accept Jazz's transition.

Once Jazz seperates from his Family is when his nightmare will be visible to him.

I think that is why Jeanette has a one-way ticket to the Harvard area as she needs to sustain and keep reinforcing the shared psychosis because once Jazz awakes there will be repercussions...

He hasn't even begun to experience the worst of this circumstance.

Fucking awful...
Sadly, I don't think Jazz ever would "awake." He's not intelligent enough, mentally and emotionally, to withstand being alone. He needs constant attention, positive or negative. That's why he called the meeting about his graduation speech. Just rewrite it if you don't like it.

As much as I would love for him to get away from his mom, I don't think it would last very long. He can't even get out of bed at a reasonable hour when he has the whole day to spend doing whatever he wants. If I have a day off, I might sleep in a bit, but I also know I can binge a show I'm watching, read a book, whatever I normally don't have time for. Most people look forward to those days where they have no obligations.

I can't see him getting up for class and he's certainly not intelligent enough for Harvard. He'll stop going to class the second it gets too hard, which will be as soon as he sees a syllabus.

Edit: I don't think this is his fault at all. I don't mean this to be negative about Jazz, just the way he was raised and the negative influences that are his family.

In this season especially, it's really starting to become apparent just how stunted Jazz is. In your early 20's, you're still technically a kid. Males take even longer to mature as well. So you're still at times rather immature and childlike, as well as growing wiser over time.

But it's different with Jazz. It's not that he's a sheltered kid in his early 20's. He seems genuinely mentally delayed. Like a fourteen year old in (an equally stunted) young adult's body. I wonder how long it would take for him to catch up, if ever. It can't happen while Jeanette is around.

I agree, I'm just not sure it could ever happen at this point. This poor kid has been screwed around with since he was a child. Can he come back from this? It would certainly take a lot of therapy and he would need to be distanced from the whole family. Who would support him? He doesn't seem to have any friends.

I'm watching the episode where he bangs on his stomach and his mother LAUGHS at his weight after she forces him to weigh himself. She is absolutely evil.

(I know many of you have seen this already so I'm sorry if I'm restating things; I just can't get over the horrors.)

Has this been posted yet? If we go by dates, this ought to have been filmed shortly before they started filming season 7 of I am Jazz, which the family refer to as a "particularly dark" period in Jazz' life.

He sounds like he's about to break down in tears halfway through the scripted promotion gig.
Wtf is with his stroke face? His mouth barely moves on one side.

I once had an FtM professor who made the argument against any medical "gatekeeping" surrounding medical transition by rhetorically asserting "If doctors can surgically craft new genitals, then why can't they just reverse it too?"
Not only is academia "glorified childcare"; it almost seems students are looking after pants-shittingly retarded "professors".

To echo many people have said, I hope we'd shelf all pointless speculation about hypothalamic lesions. The hypothalamus is tiny and it governs many bodily functions; a lesion there rarely just affect appetite only. Indeed a survey (enclosed) shows that hypothalamus-related eating disorders are rare, and are almost associated with symptoms, such as epilepsy and diabetes insipidus, that point to organic causes.

Well Jazz thinks Sander shouldn't close the door on Hope because he hasn't had bottom surgery yet. Forget that Sander isn't interested at all. Whatever the mentally ill wants should suffice.

Jazz has been in Harvard for half a year, and no sign of menty b(c), so things have to be better for him, while he’s far away from sMother.

Please Godbear, let that bitch not have moved up there with him or even stay for extended periods. I have my doubts that Jazz can live totally independently at this time, but he may be able to get by with a personal assistant whose not in the gene pool. I was thinking of Brooke Ellison, the first quadriplegic to graduate from Harvard whose mom moved there with her for 6 years (including Masters degree) because they couldn’t afford an assistant. A silver lining for Jazz’s exploitation is he can afford to hire someone to keep his schedule, make sure he doesn’t go through med withdrawal. Rate me rainbows that Jeanette will actually ever leave him alone.

What's the story with his money? There's been a few times when Greg's said they try to restrict his access to (presumably his own) money to stop him buying fast food, I wondered how they can do that when he's a legal adult.

Some form of willing conservatorship, maybe? Might've been done if the speculation that Jazz's mental crisis actually did delve into suicidal notions so that Jazz wouldn't have to handle his affairs at that time.

Speculating of course.

Also, why are they always talking about depth? As an actual woman, I have no idea what my "depth" is. These people are just so bizarre. They have no concept what women actually think about.

Well Jazz thinks Sander shouldn't close the door on Hope because he hasn't had bottom surgery yet. Forget that Sander isn't interested at all. Whatever the mentally ill wants should suffice.

These two things being on the show at virtually the same time is pretty interesting. Women don't talk about depth because the vagina's primary function is as a connection between the uterus and the outside. The vagina allows the uterus to grow and shed its lining and thus for a woman to have 12 fertile periods a year (as opposed to going into heat less frequently). It allows a baby to be born from its mother's body into the world. And it allows for sperm cells to reach eggs. As far as a woman's body is concerned, accommodating a penis is a very small part of the whole purpose and function of the vagina.

BUT if you are a MtF tranny, the WHOLE purpose of a neovagina is so that you can be penetrated. It doesn't lead to anything and so it doesn't need to allow anything to exit the body. The 'depth' obsessing is just like the length obsession in men (and some FtM trannies), it's a boast about how well your body performs in penetrative sex.

In other words, the franken-vag is almost entirely for the use of someone else. For Jazz, there's basically zero point in it for him, because he's probably never going to have sexual feeling. It's supposedly for his mental health so he doesn't stress about the sight of his own genitals, but big fat fucking X on that theory. He's obviously less mentally well than ever.

The Big Black Hulk tranny has the better idea, honestly. If you like being penetrated, you're better off getting fucked in the ass and keeping the penis, since you personally will actually get pleasure out of it. "Bottom surgery" for Hope would be ONLY to attract straight men like Sander, and even then it is, at best, a mangled appropriation of an actual vagina, that may or may not resemble it enough to prevent a straight man noping the fuck out of there.

The show seems to be kind of running with the idea that Jazz is 'complete' or 'fully done' while Hope is only halfway there, but it is ALSO, purposefully or not, bringing up the point that surgery is not really for the 'trans' person but for the comfort of men like Sander. And Sander is a douchebag, so.... eh.

Lmao that whole bottom surgery bullshit is the biggest cop-out ever. TLC got him into quite the tizzy with this one. It was bad enough it was with a tranny, but they're also a hulking black tranny who's deep into muh social justice. So if the Colonel backs out, he's not only a transphobe, but he's also a racist hahaha.

There was also this idea in previous series that Jazz had to get the puberty blocker to save his life, and he had to get the amhole installed as soon as possible; before he went to college, before he even turned 18, so that he'd still be at home and around his family reminding/bullying him to dilate regularly. But Hope's a fully grown adult and still has his genitals, so he clearly made it to adulthood unscathed before he trooned out. Same with TS Madison who is quite open about having no intention of ever having his penis inverted, and he's still fine and just as "valid" a trans woman as anyone else. I don't know what Peppermint's junk is like but he's been banging the drum of "women with penises ARE women" at Sander this whole time too.

So if all these grown men with penises are still happy, brave and stunning trans women, why did Jazz need to have the hormones and surgery when he was still a child?

That's something that's very hard and awkward to think about, but to understand Jazz, one must to.

At some point, kids ask their parents about their sexual organs and you give them the "talk" and some basic information: say, you tell girls a vagina is where the baby is born from, etc, because telling a young girl that her vag is meant to be penetrated is the kind of info she's not yet ready for at five or six years old.

So, what did they tell Jazz? As I really, really hope Jeanette didn't tell him that they expected him to give birth, what they told him his "vagina" would be for then? If Jazz was in normal school long enough, he could have learned the biological facts of genitals, meaning he knew well he wouldn't be using it for reproduction. All his hopes of having a vag were... to do what, exactly?

Most, if not all, trans kids we see around just dress up and act girly (or boyish), but none really thinks of botching their genitals off. They all have this silly and stereotypical image of what being a girl is: dresses, long hair, dolls, and no more. The young ones likely don't think about their genitals ever, nor how it links to their identity as male or females, which is normal at young age until you reach puberty, and even so, all sexual thoughts are very immature.

Jazz, otoh, has been groomed all his life, since he was a kid, to wish for a way to be penetrated by a man as a goal... even without knowing what that exactly meant or implicated, but that was what he was expecting it would happen once he had a vagina and was old enough.

The real nightmarish scenario for him is that he's given that vagina, but that is not gonna happen. As he's expected to dilate every day, he knows well that inserting something down there is a painful experience because that hole doesn't lubricate or expand itself like other vaginas. And as we know he's obsessed with them, we can assume he's read a lot of what they are expected to do. If his dream of being a real woman involved sex with a man, that's not happening and the family better prays that thought never sinks in otherwise he's gonna kill them all, Ari first.

So if all these grown men with penises are still happy, brave and stunning trans women, why did Jazz need to have the hormones and surgery when he was still a child?
They all kinda know that Jazz has been an experiment for what they should do with all people claiming to be trans at young age. I am sure that Sander and all people involved in this mess see these old unbutchered trans women and feel some pity for them because they can't be what they really want to be. Perhaps, some of Sander's attitudes towards them comes from feeling he needs to be extra compassionate as they weren't lucky enough as his "sister" to have a completely functional vagina.

Earlier we were discussing Sander managing Jazz's social media accounts. On jazz's Instagram he takes none of the pictures himself.

I don't remember this being discussed before on here - does he have a separate Facebook/ Instagram/ whatever social media account?

If he hasn't, and he doesn't appear to have any proper friends, he is just trapped with his abusers 24/7 and has no outlet at all to do what normal teenagers / young adults do: vent, slag of family, have dramas with one another, get into difficult scrapes. No wonder Jeanette wants to keep tabs on him in Boston. God forbid he makes real friends who he starts opening up to.

Pre Harvard (if he actually has gone there) what did Jazz do all day in between TLC seasons? Most young adults in my experience are glued to their phones. I wonder who he (is allowed to) interact with. How does he pass his time if he has no friends and is restricted on social media?

IICR, between older seasons of the show, he had real friends he spent time with doing normal stuff kids do. Then two things happened between last and current season:

1. Covid. Most kids spent most time at home with their families, and Jazz was no exception. So, all this time, he's been locked in like most of us.

2. Those friends likely started college and moved on to new things and they have no time for Jazz now.
