The thing with FTMs is that yes, part of their problem is that they’re female, but a significant part of their problem is that they’re whiny and useless. They don’t want to be men, they want to be children.

Think about what type of society we live in? We live in a hyper sexualize, hyper competitive society with few high paying jobs. Social trust is also at its lowest point. People are literally scared to form meaningful connections. My interpretation is that most people are trying to gain as much power as they can so they don’t get screwed over.
FTM don’t want to seen as weak or vulnerable. It’s understandable. They don’t want to be sexualize as a feminine object. Ironically, they want the power of male sexuality.

Lia compares himself to Jackie Robinson, a fellow man, who fought for the right to compete against other men. Troons are so fucking ridiculous. They always piggyback on blacks and homos and nobody calls them out for it. Jackie Robinson didn't have an unfair advantage... he was a dude, who happened to be black, who wanted to play baseball with other dudes, who happened to be white. A giant man competing against women with a fraction of his arm span isn't comparable.

The crux of the swimmers’ complaints is the biological advantage that Lia has over female teammates. The swimmers were promised competition between females, not men who want to be female. Yet, there’s also the matter of an apparently inflated ego.
“She compares herself to Jackie Robinson,” the female swimmer told me. “She said she is like the Jackie Robinson of trans sports.”
“I try not to be around her because the whole situation makes me so mad," the swimmer added. "I don’t think Lia is a bad person. She’s very quiet and kind of introverted ... It’s just really hard for me to respect her at all because of what she’s doing to my team and what she’s doing to women in general and not caring.”
She asserted that Thomas evinces a lack of sincerity and empathy toward teammates.
“She laughs about it and mocks the situation," the female swimmer told me. "Instead of caring or showing that she cares about what she’s doing or what she’s doing to her teammates, she’s not sympathetic or empathetic at all. Lia never addressed our team. She never asked if it was OK. She never asked how we felt. She never tried to explain how she feels. She never has said anything to us as a group. She never addressed anything.”
“All she does is make comments to people like, ‘At least I’m still No. 1 in the country,’ and those kinds of cocky things,” she said. “She doesn’t care how all this is affecting us and how this is affecting our relationship to swimming. She doesn’t care, and it makes it really hard to like her.”
She also described how Thomas failed to follow rules the school implemented specifically for her during a recent training trip in Florida.
“On our last training trip, we were told not to wear Penn gear on our trip to Florida, on the off chance that we would get harassed or anything," she said. "So, everyone went out of their way — now, about 75% of our athletic wardrobe is Penn — we went out of our way to not pack any Penn stuff. Except Lia. Every single day at the airport and at the gym, Lia made sure to wear a big Penn shirt with ‘Penn Swim and Dive’ on it. And she was the only one. We weren’t allowed to wear it because of her, and she did it every day.”
“She was doing it just to make a point," the swimmer said. "We all went out of our way for her.”
It is certainly understandable why this would cause tension. College athletes routinely walk around in clothes that feature their school’s name and sport. In many ways, it is a sense of pride in their hard work and accomplishments. Yet, it seems Penn stopped caring about the hard work and accomplishments of its female swimmers when it decided to let a man competitively swim against women.
“I can’t wear my own school attire that I’m supposed to be representing, but she’s going to go out of her way to do it?" the female student-athlete remarked. "It makes it really hard to like her when she does stuff like that and she makes the comments she makes. We’re supposed to respect how she feels, but she doesn’t respect her teammates at all.”
Another example was during a formal dinner held for members of the school’s team. There are separate dinners for the female and male teams. A swimmer is supposed to attend only one of the dinners, as they are financed by alumni. But Lia Thomas allegedly did not think that applied to her.
“When she first announced she was transgender and was still on the men’s team, she went to both the men’s and women’s swimming team dinners on our training trip," said the swimmer. "It really rubbed me the wrong way because if you’re saying you’re a woman, then why go to the men’s team? And if you want to go to the men’s team because all your friends are there, OK, understandable. But then why are you going to the women’s team dinner? You shouldn’t get to bend the rules.”
Out the swimming pool, there have also been confrontations. The school has warned the swimmers to be careful in what they say in response to inquiries about the situation because they did not want to see anyone “jeopardize their future.”
“We were told, ‘You guys can say whatever you want, but we don’t want you to ruin your future. So, we will help you, whatever you want to say,’” the swimmer said.
Female swimmers shouldn’t have to worry about their futures for having an opinion about what it's like to have a male swimmer compete against them. Moreover, they should not be afraid for wanting the school to honor its agreement of fair and equal female swimming competition between women upon admission to the school.
“It’s been super draining and frustrating," she said, "because no one seems to care about the actual women."

It's insane that they let TIMs compete in women's sports the way they are. There are a few sports where the reduction in muscle mass after a year would be maybe enough to level the playing field, but with swimming it's absurd to think there isn't an unfair advantage. Phelps, the dude who may well be the best male swimmer of all time, even with his ideal genetics/body for it, still has much less of an absolute advantage over his peers than this dude has over every potential competitor he might face.
How can people watch these records being broken by multiple seconds and not think there's a problem? What is even the point of having separate events then?

So I just had a slightly tipsy shower thought that might be a little power levely or spergy but hear me out.
I was just shaving my legs, a task I do like twice a year because my legs don't grow more than like 7 hairs at a time, I realized that mtf's would hate my body despite how I'm a biological female. And not for reasons one would expect.
As mentioned, I don't really need to shave my legs because hair just doesn't really grow. I only have to do under my arms every two weeks or so, because that's when it begins to show.
I lose weight very easily but I don't have hips and sort of look like a prepubescent boy. And while they all seem to love prepubescents, my shape would definitely cause "dysphoria" because they wouldn't see it as a normal variation in the female body type.
I don't have to do any special skin routines because my face has always been free of acne and blemishes.
And to top it off, I don't have periods and I can't get pregnant.
For most women, the reaction I get is "omg so jealous."
For mtfs, they'd be pissed because my perfectly average experience of womanhood doesn't allow them to do any of the tasks that make them feel like dress go spinny.
They get ecstatic buying expensive face washes that most women don't want to buy or spend time on. They love shaving and buying fruity, skin irritating shaving cream. They LOVE bitching about their period cramps and drooling over the thought of an unexpected pregnancy scare.
The only thing I've got that they'd love is that when I did have periods, I had the excruciating type that they dream of (like passing out in pain on the toilet while shitting and dry heaving into a bucket.)
How fucked is that? How fucked is it that they'd be displeased with all the traits a regular woman enjoys, but get a thrill out of the shit that either is an annoyance in a woman's life or absolutely dehabilitating?

There's a lot of repressed childhood sexual abuse, OCD, BPD, and good old fashioned autism in FtM troons. It's more about not wanting to be women, and to not be seen as sexualized objects. After all, they did grow up on third-wave feminism telling them how awful women have it and how they're going to be raped 37 times before lunch tomorrow.

I hope this all leads to a self-rectifying situation where they abolish gender and sex altogether in sports, a biological female is never seen ever again in any winning standing and we go right the long way back to where we were before because this is all fucking ludicrous.

Even though i’m calling myself a man now, I am still treated in the dismissive way that woman are treated. I am also told by transwomen that i have it so easy as a transman, similar to the way i was told by men that i had it so easy as a woman.
Could it be that the trans community is just another sexist institution who, despite saying otherwise, still view transwomen as men and transmen as women, and treat them accordingly? And that gender identity is just a bullshit excuse for misogyny?

Absolutely. A lot of dissociative body hatred I think happens on both sides of the aisle but with FTM I’ve noticed it much more strongly. If instead of sinking tens of thousands of dollars into unnecessary butchery you spent that money in therapy to work through your childhood sexual abuse you might come out of this delusion somewhat sane with intact sex organs.
I think for some FTM it’s also it’s own power level where being lesbian has zero social cache but being trans comes with its own built in cult. For some vulnerable people that’s very tempting.
