To some extent, but probably more of a rebirth. Might also just be part of a natural cycle of things becoming centralized and then breaking apart again into more independent entities until one gains dominance and grows beyond the rest. Right now we're pretty much as close as we can be to a system dominated by federal power and a uniparty without it just being a dictatorship, so there's still room for it to run, but it might also just revert.

I'm more interested in how Ukraine is responding. From what little I can find, it looks like Kiev is flipping its shit. Biden just told Kiev that he wouldn't respond as harshly to a Russian 'incursion'.

It is 3:36AM in Kiev so let them get some time to wake people up and get a response in order.
