Aside from the fact that, flag aside, I don't even know what I'm looking at thanks to the glare, what's with all that smudgy shit? Is his hand really that dirty, or is the tattoo bleeding ink everywhere? I'm not a tattoo expert by any means so sorry if I sound dumb, I'm just curious if it's possible for some guy that graduated from the school of notebook doodles to fuck up that bad (which is probably yes).

You don't sound dumb, don't worry. A lot of tattoo artists will transfer a sketch of the design off paper, which is usually in a blueish-purple ink. That's what I'm assuming it is. You usually wipe it off as soon as you're done but, y'know. Guy doesn't come off like the most knowledgeable about tattoos given how he's just about carved some of these designs into his clients.

The swastikas and racial supremacy is just for show. The US prison system is largely racially self segregated so you get gangs based around racial supremacy themes. Whites hang with whites, browns with browns and blacks with blacks. When shit goes down you fight with your own race. This creates a very racially charged environment. Basically the neo-nazi tats are to show "We are white, we are down with other whites and here are some symbols white people have had at some point". The Aryan brotherhood and other white power gangs have no principles and only care about making money selling meth and other degenerate shit. They don't believe or know about anything they claim to represent it's entirely image. They are dysgenic street thugs with symbols and tattoos of people/ideologies who would have them gassed. Outside of the prison system 1488 neo-nazi tattoos are extremely rare in the US.
