The FBI goes after a Democrat who opposes Biden’s border policies​

Ask any Democrat or other leftist whether the FBI was corrupt under J. Edgar Hoover and he or she will eagerly agree. Hoover, an ardent Republican, not only used the agency to capture genuine criminals, but he also turned it into a spy agency tracking anyone he thought might be a communist. Now, though, it appears that the FBI, with help from the DOJ, is going Hoover one better, and using all the old powers plus modern technology to investigate and arrest people who fail to support the Biden administration. The FBI’s latest target is Texas Representative Henry Cuellar, a Democrat, who spoke out against Biden’s illegal acts erasing America’s southern border.
It's likely that most Americans, and especially most conservative Americans, had no idea who Henry Cuellar was before Biden entered the White House. However, things changed when Biden issued a series of orders that effectively erased the southern border.
Enrique Roberto “Henry” Cuellar is a Democrat representative for Texas’s 28th District, which just happens to encompass a large population area sitting on the southern border. The towns that are entirely or partially within Cuellar’s district are Converse, Laredo, Rio Grande City, and Universal City. Every one of these towns has been directly and dramatically affected by Biden’s illegal open border policy.
For that reason, Cuellar has been very vocal about opposing Biden’s border policies. Because Democrat-run media outlets (the networks, CNN, MSNBC, the print media, etc.) don’t want to hear a negative word about a project that’s allowed almost 2,000,000 unvetted, unvaccinated, unidentified, and often criminal people from all corners of the earth to flood into America in a single year, the only major media outlet willing to listen to Cuellar has been Fox, where he’s made several appearances. Rather than being a slave to party politics, Cuellar is truly representing his constituents who are being destroyed by Biden’s policies.

Unfortunately, in Biden’s America, if you cross the administration, sooner or later it seems as if the FBI comes a’knockin’. That’s exactly what happened to Cuellar:

Texas Democratic Rep. Henry Cuellar's Laredo home and campaign office were the subject of FBI activity Wednesday evening, according to an FBI spokesperson.
"The FBI was present in the vicinity of Windridge Drive and Estate Drive in Laredo conducting court-authorized law enforcement activity," FBI spokesperson Rosanne Hughes told ABC News. "The FBI cannot provide further comment on an ongoing investigation."
Local news reports showed members of the FBI's Evidence Response Team at Cuellar's campaign office as well.
The FBI declined to provide specifics about the investigation. Local news reports say that boxes were seen being taken from the home.

With primaries looming in March, the DOJ’s Department of Public Integrity office has suddenly announced that Cuellar is being probed for campaign finance violations. Do you believe that?

Maybe, it's all hypothetical. Still, I got the impression the entire primary season and election that almost nobody in the democratic base outside of old southerners actually liked Biden. There was a hell of a lot of shenanigans during that entire campaign, and let us not forget that for a moment there Bernie Sanders was actually in the lead, and the talking heads all thought it was the actual apocalypse. Biden won mainly because of the unwavering love of the party leadership and liberal media apparatus coupled with the fact that young progressives talk a big game on twitter but then on election day are too hungover to vote, while their grandma isn't.

The election that followed was so close it went on for weeks. If Biden had actual support amongst his base that would not have been the case. If anybody with a pulse can beat Biden in 2024, anybody with a pulse could have beat Trump in 2020. And Biden almost lost. Which speaks volumes.

I know a lot of people of all different beliefs and values. I have never met a single one who voted for Biden because they liked him or his policies. In fact, I for the life of me can't even remember that coming up during the election. We were told to vote for him because he wasn't trump, that's all he had. That was his grand strategy, his ace in the hole. Nothing else was going to give it to him.

Even with "actual support among the base" that would not have translated to 81 million legitimate votes. I could see something in the high 70 millions, but when you factor in stats like the fact that the census only had 154 million people voting in 2020 (whereas previous censuses routinely OVERESTIMATED the amount of people voting) compared to the official total of 158 million people, it's obvious to me that fraud by mail could've been in the millions. That's even before you factor in potential issues with machines like what was seen in Antrim County Michigan and in certain machines in New Hampshire.

Ergo saying that "anyone else with an R next to their name could've beaten Biden in 2020" neglects the fact that Trump *did* beat Biden, but when you're faced with unprecedented election fraud and establishment collusion, it's pretty much impossible.

Biden's center-right and has even described himself as a conservative as is all of the democratic leadership, the "managerial class" is the people both parties take donations from, and megacorporations are in favor of massive deregulation, tax cuts, privatization of state assets, and ending environmental protections. You know, all the things republicans love. But you think none of this is significant because netflix pretends to care about human rights? Do yourself a favor and pay no attention to the pathetic culture war crap. In terms of things that actually matter the entire western world jumped massively right in the 1980's and it keeps going further down that route. Republicans in the 60's were more like where democrats are today. The republican party controls most governorships, controls the supreme court and far, far, more lower ones, and in congress it has the ability to stop any legislation it doesn't approve of, never mind pass the legislation they do.

How much winning do you need? Be happy. You guys get so distracted by your rage at transgendered cartoon characters that you can't even appreciate how utterly dominant you are. You made America your little bitch. Even the democrats think like you do where it counts. Even the people who hate you agree with you! You even gerrymander yourself unlosable elections. I can't think of a single time in the past like 30 years where republicans didn't always get what they wanted. Even if it takes them forever, they always get it. Even Obamacare, something they all say they hate, was written up by Mitt Romney.

Two possibilities:

1. It was simply a fuckup. Biden's administration cultivates incompetence. No one was fired for Afghanistan, the shipping crisis or the border situation. The modern left has a strong belief of "we're the good people so whatever we do is good, and if something goes wrong our hearts were in the right place and that's all that matters." The press conference was planned to go differently but a set of mistakes behind the scenes caused it to play out the way it did. Maybe something went wrong with the transmitting system for Joe's wire and the "woman" who does their tech support was busy dilating.

2. Biden himself made the choice to do this. He may have wanted to do something to put himself out there and make his case directly to the public. He understands his poll numbers are tanking and wanted to personally take action to fix things. After all, he's been in politics for 40 years, if there's one thing he knows it's how to speak. His handlers can tell him it's a bad idea but they can't stop him from doing it because hey, he's the President of the United States. It's not like taking Grandma's car keys away.

Perhaps it was a cry for help from someone on the inside.

Nate's 'adjustments' inflates Pedojoe's actual approval. The question is by how much? I'm confident it's in the 30s, and if you think it shouldn't even be in the 30s that's a fair point, but I do think that there are enough libtards and NPCs to keep Pedojoe's real approval floor in the 30s (rather than the low 40s). He is in the mid to low 30's, right now.

I determine this because there is a Daily tracker of approval by state called Civiqs that calls people up every day to get their opinion on Joe. He is now apparently at -22 net approve, with 56% dissaprove and 34 approve. Similar to what @Gehenna said earlier, around the low 30's there is a point where he is going to crater hard as his core base gets fully disenfranchised with him, and I believe thats already happening.

His disaproval has started to spike in the last 4 holdout states that give him a positive rating.

Maryland is still Approve +2, but the others have crashed.
Massachusetts is now approve +4.
