I agree, everyone jokes about how poor his finances must be but he clearly does have some fairly liquid nest egg. Sure he stays in cheap places in Vegas but taking 4 trips anywhere in the span of a few months isn't cheap, let alone tacking on an international trip and a new car (plus lawyer fees etc.)
