I liked PM when I first found his videos but the thing that really turned me off was his merch of the Funkytown T-shirts.
He made a joke about it and rolled his eyes about people being triggered. But the whole thing is such...

Imagine getting your hands chopped off, the skin on your face flayed and then a box cutter shoved down your throat as you struggle against it all and some dipshit makes a T-Shirt about it. Why would you want to wear that in public and promote such a video? At that point, you can’t really say you’re better than trolls who share that crap for the lols. It’s one thing if someone really doesn’t give a shit - at least it’s consistent. But PM acts like he respects these people and stands on a higher ground than trolls who just shitpost. Be the troll or be the virtual signaling douchebag. You can’t be both.

I’ve always had a morbid curiosity in such things but these channels do make me fear more and more people becoming aware of them. What was once knowledge you literally had to do yourself and browse the deep web on information about has become more mainstream which will only encourage a market for this shit. The whole goal of cartel videos is to spread and put the fear or god in their enemies. More views and exposure just means more shit like Funkytown being produced in the future. PM and other channels focused on the gore videos feel like they’re doing the cartels job for them. Keep that stuff in the depths of the internet where it belongs rather than bringing it out for the world to see. Cartel videos will only become more “creative” as time goes on due to more exposure.

On the other hand, he has also lied about being investigated by the FBI due to his Amber Alert video. He claimed the FBI searched him after his video and even stated that they told him to upload the Suffer Little Children video because it’s “raising awareness for child abuse” which is absolutely hysterical. If he was truly investigated, he would’ve been away from the internet for a month because his devices would’ve been seized. He likely only stated that so people would get off his back and to claim innocence. Pretty fishy if you ask me.
