Anyway according to their website's privacy policy their official business name is the adorable "Checkin & Egg, Inc." It was incorporated in May 2021 and is registered to a $4.5 Million two bedroom apartment in NYC's Greenwich Village as a "Foreign Business Corporation"

There's no listings for any associated names on any business website I've found (the registered agent is "The Corporation" at the same address). The only other thing of note is that on ACRIS I can see that this apartment was purchased (as a newbuild) by "KEBTHB LLC" in 2019, which was registered to 885 Park Avenue (another fancy apartment block). They're a domestic limited liability company founded in 2019 and their latest statement is almost a year overdue, but they're linked to "C T CORPORATION SYSTEM", which is CT Corporation Wolters Kluwer (although they're just a registered agent). I did find "KEBTHB LLC" had a quarterly tax statement floating around on google which indicates "Residential More Than 10 Units", so they're presumably landlords and whoever set up Checkin is just renting off them.

Checkin.coach was registered by "Domains By Proxy, LLC" so that's a dead-end.

The closest thing to finding a lead is that one of the admins of the Facebook group in the linktree is a cofounder of that Convos IRC client and used to be part of Acquis Consulting Group. There does seem to be money involved.

Anyway just an autistic deep dive. Sander says it's backed by some of the founders of LinkedIn, Indeed and MeetUp - in which case it's surprising he's been hired as Head of Marketing as he is surely just a useful idiot they can dangle for a paltry amount of social media clout (he's only got 700k on Tiktok and like 200k on Insta), he's not exactly good at marketing from anything we've seen so far.

But to do all that she would have had to have started at college in 1999, when she was supposedly 15.

So okay, maybe they got the age wrong or she whittled it down a bit. But then there's five years of general surgery in Philly, three in plastics at Indianapolis, and then whoop, you're head of the tranny division at (allegedly) 31. Does that seem.... accelerated to anyone? No dues-paying years doing endless tummy tucks before the break came along? Just whoosh straight up the ladder?

What she describes as her life is also like... I cannot even conceive of having enough energy to get up at 4.30am, do three hours of extra work before work, then four surgeries a day, weekends in NY or Miami. I disbelieve. You'd literally collapse.

Anyway, she's obviously been a big self-promoter for a long time, and has no morals, which helps. I don't know if you found this in your search but according to this article in The Irish Times (detailing how she's trying to interfere with how Ireland's Health Executive treats trans patients) she's from County Louth:

The main towns are Drogheda and Dundalk. County Louth is technically Leinster but it is a border region and those surnames pang of Protestant - so I wouldn't be surprised if her background is actually Northern Ireland and she moved to Louth young (or her family had her there). Might try and do a deeper dive on her, Louth is not a big place.

Edit: She's supposedly from Louth Village and went to St. Louis Secondary School For Girls in Dundalk (possibly doing her leaving cert in De La Salle Boy's College next door) which would have been run by the Sisters of St. Louis when she was there.
