Vladimir Putin’s sabre-rattling over Ukraine is scuppering any chance we have of alien contact, a UFO expert has warned.

Nick Pope - who investigated flying saucers for the MOD - believes ETs who keep a close eye on earth will view Russia’s escalation of tensions with its neighbour as “primitive behaviour”.

And the UFO expert says sophisticated alien civilisations, who he reckons would be light years ahead of us, may see it as a reason not to visit us or get in touch.

If the pipelines stop piping, they'll be dealing with energy rationing and (even more massive) inflation for years, on top of all the debt and social problems caused by lockdowns. West Ukrainians and Balts need to figure out Russia doesn't give a shit about their land, it was never about it. It was about preventing them from turning into a destabilized Palestine-style shithole whose only purpose is to be a thorn in Russia's side. If the threat of NATO is removed from there, then Russia has absolutely no interest in the land. Having a land bridge to Transnistria isn't worth the cost of occupying southern Ukraine and rebuilding all the infrastructure there.

This was always about bloodying NATO's nose and stopping their advance to Russia's borders, which seems like it's going quite well. Thing to watch now is the status of DNR and Crimea, if they do get legal recognition then we'll know Putin got what he came for. As for an actual war, why bother?
