a dr slump tattoo? i know a lot of people obsess over sailor moon and never watched it, but dr slump? I think it isn't even known in America but by the Dragon ball fans. I got a feeling she just found the pic on google and thought it was "kawaii" and wanted a tat of it.

Apparently it was dubbed and distributed in France, Spain, and Italy when she was a kid, so its possible she watched it as a kid (she is from Corsica which probably got french tv)

Yup, France was also very early in the west to dub and show Sailor Moon and both of those shows would have aired when she was a kid.

As someone who does art, you learn over time that about 40% of people have no artistic taste and just like things if they're stuck together, regardless of style. It's why you see people with terribad fashion sense walk around.

I did too. See, you have to stare at it for awhile to figure out what's going on, hence why I said 'passing on the street'. This isn't the kind of person I'd want to stare at long enough to figure out the full extent of their tattoo.
