As per EU law once he leaves the Schengen area he is to be denied any and all Schengen area Visas until his debt his clear. So yes he can not pay but he will never be able to return to Europe. Even countries outside the EU such as Norway, Iceland and Switzerland shall deport him once he touches down.

Josh is right 300 years of people being dicks to each other means we collectively can take a lot more shit on the chin, you'd be surprised what people just fucking allowed even as recently as 2013. Like yeah "pass the mustard" might end up getting you shot, but because of that talking shit is somewhat allowed overall. if any confrontation meant a weekend in jail at most no one's mother's honor would ever be besmirched.

Mash'Allah what a great day, couldn't have happened to a more deserving person. Especially funny how everybody memed about it before it happened. It was just clear that Ralph was a big target for every robber / junkie / etc. and he is also dumb enough to seek these people, plus drunk and boastful enough to make himself stand out. That's what you get for being the ultimate stereotype of a gringo tourists alone in a foreign continent. This land had to be reconquered from the moors in hunderts of years and you are just not tough enough for it. Plus no way his story is true. Imagine the gunt chasing behind somebody with his small legs, big gunt and low stamina.
