"0845 in the morning" nigger 0845 is always morning you dumb fuck. And how reddit do you have to be to use 24 hour time in casual parlance? Who the hell would say "24 hundred hours" when they can just say midnight? "Yo I woke up at 0930 today" Fucking larpers trying to show how sophisticated they supposedly are. 🎩 :alog: 🎩 :alog:

"Our mission is to document and shame every business that is identified as being involved in the 2022 Truckers Convoy occupation of Ottawa."
It's really sweet of these little Hitlers to assemble a convenient list of all the businesses that deserve more customers. Doubly handy since the businesses listed here can simply archive and print out (for the boomers running the courts) the website to prove they have a libel/slander/defamation case against the site's operators.

These dipshits might as well have just said "Our mission is to help citizens find businesses which don't oppress free speech and also to get ourselves sued into oblivion by documenting our crime and naming our victims publicly."

I do, but my job runs 24/7/365 and so I got so used to always having to fill out paper in military time at work that I do it out of habit in everyday life. It's also just generally nice because you never have to ask "AM or PM?"

Edit: spelling

What a legend.

Clearly lockdowns got to this dude, and the judicial system is doing nothing about him. Those images paint a very bleak picture of this man's life. All of those charges are within a very narrow timeframe, and they just keep dumping him back on the street where he reoffends within days.

May 2021 - Uttering threats
June 2021 - Theft under $5000
August 2021 - Possession of a weapon, obstruction of justice
October 2021 - Assault

It would appear that each time, the "time served" has been increasing, but this is clearly going to continue to escalate.

No. Local dude called the local station on the opposite side of the country, after having a publicly disclosed history of similar behavior. Even by clown-world Canada standards this guy's behavior does not justify a government crackdown. The extremists we're laughing at who are terminally online do not represent the normals. The government knows it will get BTFO'd hard if it tries using this particular guy to justify anything.

For what they'd like to do, they need a dude who doesn't already have a publicly available record who then does something really dumb in the area of an active protest to justify swooping in because "We needed to act quickly in the event that his threats were credible, and we rounded up everyone else because we couldn't tell at the time whether he was part of a larger group or not."

Sure glad the system works!
This is the system's methodology with addicts, the impoverished, and the mentally ill. Catch and release. Canada won't waste money holding these people in prison for petty crime but also won't offer rehabilitation or solutions other than a pamphlet.
Idk about Canada but in the states, they swapped out history for "social studies" in the 80s, which is basically the wedge that opened the door to today's globalhomo buildbackbetter criticalracetheory curricula. It was more important to indoctrinate kids about how all cultures and ideas are valid and equal, rather than providing a frame of reference for society to avoid past mistakes, and to inspire kids for a better tomorrow.
I can't say what happens to these kids now but when I got out, it was getting weird. I graduated post-2000. I took a history class and conveniently the unit on Mao and China was reduced in scale and scope until it eventually got squeezed out of the curriculum. Not a coincidence, methinks.

Edit: To be clear, I did take social studies all through school. History was a one year elective thing. Social studies goes on and on about French history and British history here. We talk about British imperialism and colonialism and how bad it was, but not like America, more like finding shame in the history. I started my education in the US which talked so much about the success of our forefathers, New England, the beauty of our land, and how everyone is welcomed (remember this is primary education). Canada is more like look at all the terrible shit we did and how awful we are, how dare we?! Also there's a subversive message that Americans aren't good and sometimes it comes right out with insulting comments from teachers in schools. Canadians are taught the War of 1812 was won by the British even though that makes no fucking sense.

So I have to laugh at the lack of self awareness of people claiming to be "harassed" for wearing masks while walking outside. Like what do you think people were doing before to people NOT wearing masks?

For people who love to use shaming as a cooperation tactic, they surely can't take it like they can dish it.

I fucking hate how every retard leftist suddenly started whining about our democracy in lockstep. Everything they don't like is suddenly a threat to our democracy.
Everytime they say "Our Democracy" replace it with either "Our God" or read it as them saying "Their Democracy" which excludes everyone they dislike. It starts to make more sense in that context.
It usually just means "Our Current Power". The American Liberal loves switching a definition out from under a term like that whenever there's an opportunity to be manipulative. And the Canadian Liberal is just an American Liberal that thinks their team gets to run unopposed for everything.
It's almost as if it's all programmed in advance...

Jesus fucking Christ. Do these people think all truckers just work 9-5 shifts? They’re so utterly disconnected from the blue collar world that it’s like a different universe to them.
I currently work third shift usually, and the number of people who just can't grok the idea that "it's 9 AM, I need to go to bed, fuck OFF" or "No, it's not easy for me to make a 2 PM meeting on my day off to hear something you could have emailed me about but wanted to pull rank over" or "I can't babysit for you, no I don't work today but I did work last night and I need to sleep," is astounding. They just can't grasp the idea that people might have different lifestyles than them. Bonus for the "You should just tell your boss you can't do that schedule, that's nonsense" talk I get fairly regularly.

On a wider scale, it's always amusing to see the Californians show up in my neck of the woods and be absolutely gobsmacked that they can't find a boutique store that sells computer equipment or organic food or just cheesecake or what have you. "What do you MEAN it takes 3 days for Amazon Prime to deliver? I pay for next day shipping!" That sorta deal.

There probably never was any Stukas over London.
That plane type was unsuitable for such long range bombing.
They used Stukas a few times bombing England early on but it sucked at it so they stopped. Dive bombers kinda sucked at trying to be conventional bombers, they flew too low and didn't carry much of a bomb load and were still bombers so way slower than fighters

Seriously. The proper way to say 08:45 is "three-quarter nine".

The autistic authorities back then insisted that every bomber had to be dive-capable, which of course clashed heavily with the specifications for heavy bombers, hence there basically being no heavy bombers in the german air force that weren't shitty death traps.

I'd argue they kind of misused them though. Dive bombers could produce accurate bombings similar to modern guided bombs. Had they coordinated them with heavy bombers to attack area targets and had the Stukas only instructed to attack specific buildings such as the parliament building in London, they could have had a meaningful effect. It would have also had the effect of forcing British interceptors into splitting between attacking low altitude and high altitude targets.
