During the Summer of Love, Niggers in Montreal had a riot and lit a lot of stuff on fire. This was suppressed in the media because American happenings are better bread and circuses to divert the attention of the proles.

Churches weren't burned for the pederasy of the Catholic Church. Several Protestant churches were burned in revenge for children dying at school in the 1800s.

Is there a publicly stated reason why their new funding goal is 16 million? I don’t doubt the organizers’ intentions (not yet, anyway), but I’m kinda curious why the new funding goal is not only larger than their initial one from the start, but larger than the amount raised by GFM too. I can only assume it’s to cover the costs of the protests in other cities.

With increasing interest and with more people joining, maybe they initially underestimated how much money they needed. That or they just set it at an arbitrarily higher amount. Regardless, HOOOOOOOONK!

I'm reading the road to wigan pier right now, its about coal miners in depression era england. the exact same dynamic is present between middle class socialists and working class proletariat, all the way back then. the people interested in socialism always hate the people it is supposed to benefit.

I love them so much. This is in one tiny town, looks like hundreds at least, in a town of a few thousand. Heading for a party in Edmonton!
