The threats to deliberately rack up extra charges and the semi-extortionate email were the actionable things. That he didn't pursue them doesn't make his previous misconduct good, although it makes it somewhat less likely he'll be sanctioned harshly for that because it didn't really harm the defendants to have some count in there that they really didn't spend a dime defending because they were focusing solely on the arbitration issue.

Since almost the entirety of their argument was the court doesn't even have the power to judge arbitrability but only to dismiss the case and compel arbitration, they didn't really address any of that other stuff.

The "injunction" request is also imo abuse of process and they made a very good argument it's just part of his years-long pattern of sexually harassing female celebrities.

They reserved the right to pursue a declaration that he is a vexatious litigant. Footnote 3 I think.

Costs are automatic and you generally don't have to plead them specifically, but you do with fees. Since (so far as I know) they haven't sent him a Rule 11 letter specifically telling him they're seeking monetary sanctions, their probable action will be the vexlit declaration.
