"In Touch" Discussion & Review - Podcast Launched by Monica Rial and Jamie Marchi to Share "THEIR TRUTH"

At 1:00:00, Monica claims she turned over all of this information in discovery.
Seeing as the entire point of filing a TCPA motion is that it shuts down the whole lawsuit immediately, including discovery, I rather doubt that much incriminating evidence was actually handed over. Granted they went through with entirely unnecessary depositions because they wanted to try to get dirt out of Vic before they filed it, but still.

I tried listening to the podcast and I couldn't take hearing those cackling cows' voices. They know they lied and continue to lie to this day. While I think they're going to eat crow eventually if the appeals come back in Vic's favor. I wonder if this could be used as evidence in the case, or will it be ignored?
I do wonder if The Beard has been keeping a close eye on these idiots for more evidence.
And since the case is kind of ongoing isn't this a breech of the case or something? I don't know much about law but this podcast will come back to bite them in the asses.

These are the kinds of people who are still defending Jamie and Monica, always remember that.

The case is not ongoing. Even if it comes back on appeal, it's still not ongoing till the opinion actually drops. That's the only reason they would admit to privately coordinating to dogpile Vic on Twitter which is evidence of conspiracy if I've ever seen it.

Right, but if it comes back on appeal the TCPA freeze on discovery is broken, and that podcast will absolutely be used against them. I can't imagine Sam Johnson signed off on this, or even Lemwaaah.

I feel sorry for whatever poor legal aid at Beard'n'Harris has to listen to this.

Like I said before, it's open season if appeals come back in Vic's favor, there is more evidence than ever since the TCPA ruling.

I kind of hope Nick would cover this when they are done with "telling their story" just so they change nothing due to lack of feedback.

Granted another thing is its really stupid to do it now of all times. With Nicks huge boost in subs he can just use it as an excuse to go over everything in a week or two and drag them all over again with the new audience. As others have said its really fucking stupid with the timing of it all.

Especially with what's happening with the Canadian trucker convoy. Nick mentioned he no longer wants to use GoFundMe for raising money for Vic's legal defense and would likely switch to GiveSendGo. What better opportunity to reignite his now multiple times larger audience to donate to a new fundraising campaign with appeals swinging in Vic's favor.

If this happens, Italian Gay Pants Man would be in the good company of the Honkening Leafs and Photochad.

Did anyone talk about this?
I think they're referring to Robin Michelle Blankenship McConnell's accusation, which was a post she made on the Pretty Ugly Little Liar forum in 2017 about an alleged incident with Vic Mignogna in 1989. This was not an, "article from the '80s". Pretty Ugly Little Liar was taken down in 2020 by the owner because they thought the site was irredeemable and should no longer exist.
