Monica Rial & Jamie Marchi announced on December 25, 2021, that they were launching a podcast called "In Touch":
The title being an obvious reference to the tweet sent by Vic Mignogna's lawyer, Ty Beard, to @Ron Toye:
Their intent was to tell "their side of the story" about certain aspects regarding Mignogna v. Funimation et al and the coverage of such (most notably by Nick Rekieta).

Since the announcement, a website had been created:
https://wewillbeintouch.com/podcast/
The site hosts a few of the court documents:
Selected media coverage of the case:
(The Weeb Wars Index Thread has all of the current documents readily available and a wider range of links to articles covering the scope of Weeb Wars. Please refer to that thread for a better source of information).
The site also features tweets from T. Greg Doucette's Threadnought:
And the podcast archives:

The first episode (recorded on January 8, 2022) was launched on February 5, 2022 (special thanks to @Boobie Bomb):

I want to thank Jamie and Monica on behalf of Nick Rekieta for feeding his kids for a week.

Haven't listened to it (and probably won't listen to it myself).

I'd rather laugh along with Nick when he gets to it.

Attached below if you don't want to give them clicks.

There's probably going to be tons of lying in this episode, that's probably why it took so long to come out. Can't wait for Rekieta to rip this to shreads. It's nice to know there's going to be something to watch this Saturday night worth watching unlike SNL (If Rekieta does it tonight.)

Gonna just jump and skip through this here and there, but so far it's cringey whales thinking they're funny and giggling a lot to themselves. Has a disclaimer, intro music, talk a bit about people making money off of misinformation, hate being doled out irresponsibly and hatefully, seem to think someone calling them lizard people are serious, complaining how both sides are wrong on timelines, something about wanting to put a face to it after reading all the tweets which essentially means they admit to not saying anything for years, something about since Vic was fired in Jan. but they posted in Feb they are completely innocent from defamation and nothing to do with his funi firing, etc. Something interesting that popped up was before sending the tweet, monica sent it to marchi and Vic's fiancee (around the 25:20 mark). Just jumping around and there is a lot of excuse making to say it's not their fault (ex: "We don't want to go to a con with someone who harasses us, sue us, and has fans literally threatening to kill us.") and giggling for supposed "victims." I love how they ignore the kamahacon stuff completely.

Listened to the entire 1st episode. Right out of the gate, they said that they were not offering any new information, dashing the hopes of those who thought they would finally be getting those receipts that were promised. That's not entirely true, thankfully.

At 24:40, Monica and Jamie confirmed what many suspected; their tweets on February 6th were coordinated. They talked prior to that, and decided to put a face to the accusations because, "the more we can support it, the better it will be for victims." Jamie says she sent what would be her head and balls tweet to Monica and Michele Specht prior to posting it. Monica, of course, infamously tweeted, "It happened to me", also on the 6th. The next day, Monica complained to Funimation that they needed to do something and cites her friends also saying stuff as further reason for them to act.

Funimation might not be too happy to learn that Monica and Jamie, and perhaps others, conspired to pressure them into making a public statement. That tweet cost them $250,000 in legal fees, and it cost Scott Barretto, Evan Stone, and Tammi Denbow their jobs. When Vic was fired on January 29th, they told him they wouldn't making any public statements.

At 1:00:00, Monica claims she turned over all of this information in discovery. We already knew that wasn't true, there's a recording of the Kameha Con ceo that was not disclosed, and now there's potentially a whole lot more, and we heard it straight from her horse teethed mouth.

They're hoping to put out one episode a month.

We haven't even gotten a completed STC backstabbers dox. It was just forgotten with many yet to be doxxed.
What does STC stand for?

It’s quite possible they will reveal more new information in future episodes.

How do we know the lawsuit cost Barretto, Stone, and Denbow cost them their jobs? I mean could’ve there are other reasons they could’ve left.

What recording of the Kamehacon CEO are you talking about?

Remember, Vic just had to apologize and he'd be welcomed back.
I love how these slack-jawed brain-dead morons will say this and then in the very next sentence claim he admitted he was guilty by actually apologizing. Utter morons.

Too bad this is new evidence that can't really be introduced on appeal because it would have been nice to have evidence of conspiracy or at the very least acting in concert.

We don't know, for certain, but I think it's reasonable to assume that Funimation did not want to retain the person who wrote the tweet and the person who authorized it. That was bad legal advice on Evan's part. He had been Funimation's in house council for 13 years. Of all the departures, his was most likely the least voluntary.

When Ron was doing interviews a year ago, he bragged that he and Monica had recorded their conversations with the Kamehacon CEO, claiming it would disprove statements he made in his affidavit. This was not turned over in discovery, and no one even knew they had done this until Ron mentioned it.

The rest are convenient considering they left during the COVID lockdowns.

Another claim she made in the podcast was something all of kv love to preach constantly, "He admitted to what I said in the deposition." Which is, of course, a blatant lie. Listening to the podcast, not only is it filled with misinformation and such, but it seems pretty incriminating to me.

Also, ron's recorded conversation with the kamehacon ceo was not the "win" he thought it was, but only the simps saw it as incriminating to Vic somehow.

Holy shit. I've said this before in the MarzGurl thread and I will say it again, it's open season on all these idiots if appeals come back in Vic's favor.

Oh I hope Rekieta goes over these streams of them blabbering out all they're crimes in the open.

Is it really a podcast if I had no idea that the first episode was done almost over a month ago? It just seems like people are making random podcasts out of nowhere these days, and I’ve never of heard them before until today.
