You are the one who has your dates seriously wrong. The years 2017 or 2018 are not mentioned anywhere in his filing. Russhole stops specifying the year after June 2016 (paragraph 9), but it can easily be inferred that each subsequent month happens in the same year.

The only thing that concerns me about Russhole getting his shit pushed in by AGT's lawyers is that he might somehow take it out on Null, especially if the AGT door is completely shut. I mean, that might be an actual possibility. Reposting defamatory material is defamatory too (there is however difference in liability between the original publisher and the republisher) (see Barnes v. Yahoo!, Inc., 570 F.3d 1096 (9th Cir. 2009) ). He does however face several issues:
1. Our discussion is not defamatory
2. The discussion based on the docs is factual
3. Any speculation we might produce is obviously an opinion
4. CDA still protects Null
5. Possible issues with statute of limitations
6. He is self-admitted public figure

The question with Russ is, I think: Too many chromosomes or not enough? The fact he can't see the difference between someone who will most likely require help for the rest of her life, and him, who can do most daily tasks without difficulty, is not surprising. Disabled = special treatment in his mind. To him, it seems there's no difference between having a non-working face but otherwise fully capable, and being intellectually disabled, which is a significant disability.

I think Russ's mind is broken beyond repair. As someone said, he's delusional. I think he really does think people constantly insult him for his face, and that hordes of Taylor Swift supporters conspired to make him miserable. I would lay money on him having actual Narcissistic Personality Disorder in addition to being delusional and having a double-digit IQ. The fact he thinks he can take on the law firm of a major production company by himself and that he's going to make Heidi Klum want to fuck him with a shitty jingle, is a clear indicator to me that he doesn't live in the same world as the rest of us.
