Alcohol is one of the few drugs that can actually kill you through withdrawal. Your body becomes accustomed to the depressive effects and it changes you chemically. Quitting cold turkey can cause severe symptoms, and can at worst cause something called Delerium Tremens, which can be fatal. For someone like Ralph, he'd likely need to consult a physician before detoxing and he'd probably be prescribed something like librium or ativan. That itself could cause its own problems, as Benzos are addictive in and of themselves.

TL;DR Ralph would need to commit a massive amount of money, time, and energy toward quitting and given his behavior I really doubt his ability to do so. Many recovering alcoholics have to cope by drinking peacemeal and it's easy to go off the rails.

You're overestimating how hard this is to do. Yeah the first week can possibly be dangerous depending on the volume he drinks, but this forum is full of ex-alcoholics and they can all vouch for how this isn't like it's training for a marathon or some shit. And I don't know where you're getting the part about money, doing this is the exact opposite of expensive. He's just a sack of shit and never will, because when he sobers up his lot in life will come into focus and will realise that's the real mountain he needs to climb.

I have only appeared to give my assessment of Mr. Ralph, I hope he reads this.

Had Mr. Ralph or Mr. Yianopolous decided to pay a reasonable wage to Mr Lane Davis for the work he performed, as is required under minimum wage law, it is likely that Mr Davis wouldn't have been living with his father. Moreover that had Mr. Ralph and Mr. Yianopolous assigned him work other than generating clickbait / conspiracy theories, that Mr Davis' mental health wouldn't have deteriorated as much. Though Mr Davis has 100% of the agency and responsibilities for killing his father, these two enabled the environment and behavior that led to it.

I filed a Writ of Habeas Corpus on behalf of Mr. Ralph, alleging that the statute is unconstitutional. Mr. Ralph accepted a plea deal, even though he has proclaimed that he is innocent, and even though he could have gotten the entire case dismissed. Therefore Mr. Ralph is not only guilty, but also a spineless coward, unwilling to defend free speech, as an alleged journalist.

I hope that Mr. Ralph decides to stop acting like a retarded man child, and does in fact financially support his child, but I doubt that will ever happen.
