The most amusing thing about Alan Moore is that he's convinced none of his books could ever be properly adapted into film. David Hayter supposedly wrote a really stellar script for Watchman, which Moore conceded was really close to his book, but he still pooh-poohed it. The "not catching shit" part is weirdos thinking that makes him "enlightened" (or whatever), when actually it just makes him pretentious.
It's BEEN boring since forever. How many times can you talk about everybody's books being chronically late? JFC. I don't know how some of you people can stomach the monotony.
CG has had plenty of moments.
* Tug's ham beast wife blackmailing Gators after cat fishing them, all with him knowing.
* Kyle Ritter being blackmailed for sexual harassing women.
* Liam Grey being fat and retarded.
* Warcampaign doxxing and harassing people, only to then completely over reach with an ultimatum to Frog, threaten everyone, puss out, then to cover up their small dick energy they declared war on the farms. This worked as well as you'd imagine leading to them all getting doxxed and the group imploding.
* Poulter. Pegging.
* Mike Miller, Doug, and Frog's weird homoerotic hate boner for them.
* Nasser being retarded, Donal Delay both a cuck and retarded.
* Richard Meyer, Susan Auger?(I don't know how to spell it), Renfamous, Tim Doyle, Mark Waid, lolsuit.
* Captain chumming filmed as he chases an writer for a crowdfund years late asking where his book is.
* Chimp outs by pros and gators on twatter. Plural. Literally small rage fits akin to the one YF had against the quartering.
Just a few of the gold delivered by CG Manning.

All the oxygen for Comicsgate drama has been sucked up by the latest fiery gunt implosion, with Ethan Ralph efapping becoming an entire cottage industry between PPP, Nick Rekeita and now Yellowflash along with dozens of aspiring smaller dramatubers having stopped fighting among themselves or covering Comicsgate-related topics and get in on the active feeding frenzy for gunt trainwreck content. The last time this happened was during the dropping of the Gunt sex tape where there was a glut of Spider-Man discussion on this thread or whatever.
In minor developments:
- Chris Braly, regular Bleeding Fool contributor and campaign manager of Thin Blue Line on Mike Baron's behalf, went from distancing himself from Comicsgate ever since the diasco IndieCron in 2018 to writing a full article promoting it here as the "New Punks" of comics, replete with links to But I suppose that shouldn't be too surprising given that against all expectations, Thin Blue Line is the largest growing campaign in CG, outpacing the still active Graveyard Shift 4 even in the InDemand stage.
- Small comics publisher Action Lab has a proposed class action lawsuit filed against it with nearly 40 comic creators signing on to the proposal for locking them into profit-sharing contracts for ownership of their IPs and hundreds of pages of work and then just not promoting the book at all. This grift is widely suspect to have been the cause for artist Gordon McLean committing suicide, so the comic "community" as a whole will be following this with interest.
- Cash Grab Update: Don Chin, creator of 80s hit Adolescent Radioactive Black Belt Hamsters, recently had a debate with Dan Shahin on the morality of being Comicsgate and why he as an Asian-American would choose to be CG after the whole "taking a tommy-gun to asian people" incident a while back. The answer of how it came about was actually fairly interesting - having sold the rights to ARBBH to Dynamite Comics some time back, Nick Barucci contacted Chin about creating a Cyberfrog/Hamsters crossover. The project was heavily in development when Dynamite's employees revolted against Barrucci over him promoting Cash Grab. This means that the $280,000 crowdfunded for Cash Grab has resulted in not zero comics being made, but negative one comics being created. Money well spent I say.
I'm torn. On the one hand, Gators have largely divided between the Kangs and the slums at this point. . On the other hand, I can't help wanting to watch their low tier self destruction.
None are quite as marvelous as Ralph has become.
