I tried calling today around 1pm EST and after it said it was connecting me to an attendant it said my call couldn't be completed. I'll try again tomorrow. As soon as I get a date I'll let y'all know.Do we have a new date yet?
Oh look, we have some idiot trying to be a gatekeeper on Chris. Stop shitting in your underwear, you're a fucking loser dude
yeah, just sayin.it's still a far cry from the narrative that Chris was pilfering money
He's probably started many a reddit post with the classic "as someone who also has autism". People who still froth at the mouth for new Chris content tend to all be more or less the same.I'm sorry, who are you again? And who is "gatekeeping"? I'm just laughing at people bitching about how long this is taking because their ability to delay gratification never developed due to lifetime of cartoons, video games, and mommy and daddy giving them whatever they want whenever they throw a tantrum. I'm sorry if that struck a nerve with you or hit a little too close to home.
I bet they will, as long as they get paid. He’d probably have to keep himself and his spaces tidy, but get a job? Good luck.So if Chris does go to a group home after his time in jail, what rules would he have to follow there? My cousin lives in a group home and part of the rules for living there are he has to hold down a job and help clean the place up. Break the rules and you lose privileges. I doubt the handlers at the home will be OK with Chris just sitting on his ass all day collecting his Tugboat.
They don’t have to let him stay.If Chris keeps breaking the rules and getting into arguments with the handlers could they tell him to get out or do they legally have to put up with him even if he just shits himself and does nothing all day?
If he’s in jail and Barb dies, it’s unlikely he would get a daypass or whatever to attend and unlikely the family wants him there. If he’s in a home at the time, I can see him trying to attend and there being a scene. Its a little sad knowing the last time you ever see your mother alive will be cops forcing you out of the house and loading her into an ambulance. I wonder if they will let Chris attend the funeral in shackles and jail jumpsuit or if Tom and Harriet will forbid him from attending.
Yup. This is the perspective to take.End of the day though Chris brought it on himself. He chose to have sex with his mother and chose to tell strangers on the Internet about it. He's completely remorseless over his actions and has pent the past few years ignoring her aging so he can live in his fantasy land where shes a hot Rosechu for him to jerk off over. Its his own damn fault he will never see Barb again so whatever pity I feel for the guy goes away pretty quickly.
Other than following the rules in jail, Chris had never wanted to follow any rules (thanks Borb). Chris' parents were more than okay to let Chris sit on his ass and interact with the trolls, so they never gave him any responsibilities. If Chris was ever in a group home scenario, he may not like it since he's used to doing things his own way (I doubt jail is teaching Chris about responsibilities). So he'll probably tard rage about how the home is oppressing* him, if they let Chris have access to the net or a pen and paper.Break the rules and you lose privileges. I doubt the handlers at the home will be OK with Chris just sitting on his ass all day collecting his Tugboat.
It's possible, since Chris already has available housing at 14BC, that they could fasttrack HSV approval for him to ensure he has a place to stay. This would only happen, however, if Barb is moved somewhere else.
Chris has never shown any interest in actual kids.
Nothing about Chris' case is unusual except what he's charged with, and his unique living situation.
He was also against incest and we all see where that got him.He has always known being a pedofork doesn't confer that desired Real Man status, so even if he isn't repulsed by the idea of sex with children, he doesn't see the point
Half a year in jail. A lesser man would've have been raped, beaten or smashed his head against the concrete wall for less time than that.Jesus Christ, he's been in custody 6 months as of yesterday
Isn't the max time in county 2 years or something? Theoretically if he gets held that long, would that mean he has to be released or transferred to bubba jail?Half a year in jail. A lesser man would've have been raped, beaten or smashed his head against the concrete wall for less time than that.
I just hope some weird Ween single parent girl does not take pity on him once he is out in the world again.
Most likely, Chris is in a mental health facility.

Okay so at worst he'd be in jail 1 year and then maybe move to state?Everyone seems worried about Chris winding up living in a home with kids, and him fucking the kids. This completely ignores the other horrific outcome -- Chris shacking up with a miracle insane single mom that somehow wants Chris as her pet tard, and Chris tries to become a FATHER-FIGURE to the kids. Trying to impart his vast wisdom and experience to be the best dad (or gaybian mom or whatever these days) that he can be.
That would probably fuck kids up more than molesting them.
Chris is in Central Virginia Region Jail. He was in the medical wing at one point but no longer is. He's just in a normal cell, but kept isolated from others.
If you are not a generally violent person you can get a furlough post-conviction to go to a funeral. It's a lot more common for people convicted of less-serious crimes. For pre-conviction (where Chris is now) the rules are less strict since at that point it's basically completely up to the manager of the facility.
The catch is that they usually demand you be supervised, and they can bill you for the hours spent escorting you, as well as driving expenses in the vehicle.
The general rule is 1 year, but that stay can be longer if you stack pre and post-conviction time. Some people spend years in county jail if they're involved in a particularly long and complicated felony trial. There is no "bubba jail", there is prison. You cannot be sent to prison unless you are convicted of a felony.

Chris can't get a job, he has no marketable skills, he has no recent work history and now he will most likely end up on a sex offender registry. His only job would be helping to maintain whatever group home he ends up in.So if Chris does go to a group home after his time in jail, what rules would he have to follow there? What sort of rules can we expect to hear Chris complaining about when he gets Internet privileges back? If Chris keeps breaking the rules and getting into arguments with the handlers could they tell him to get out or do they legally have to put up with him even if he just shits himself and does nothing all day?

I’m not sure with current day Chris, if he was feeling particularly horny and had the opportunity to have sex with a minor I wouldn’t trust him not to do it, thankfully it seems extremely unlikely Chris will ever be in a position like that.This.
Also one of the reasons Chris wanted a boyfriend free girlfriend in the first place was the Real Man status he believed it conveyed in his cargo cult concept of life. He has always known being a pedofork doesn't confer that desired Real Man status, so even if he isn't repulsed by the idea of sex with children, he doesn't see the point.
this fool is guilty, lock him up .
I wonder whether Bob ever considered military school for Chris,

who would ever want to be chris' payee?

Fucking hell, that’s some nightmare. Some spergy bleeding heart lesbian with kids.Everyone seems worried about Chris winding up living in a home with kids, and him fucking the kids. There are tard jobs. Some of them are just makework, but it can give people a sense of purpose and discipline.Chris can't get a job, he has no marketable skills, he has no recent work history and now he will most likely end up on a sex offender registry.
