The story was picked up by 4W but because everyone involved was reluctant to share pictures of a 13 year old girl, no images were included with the news article. The young-looking girl with the self harm scars appeared on Gallagher’s social media shortly afterwards and a lot of people on Twitter conflated the two. They’re two different patients, but there was definitely at least one 13 year old and you can see all the evidence in that thread.

I would say she’s pretty physically threatening:
Kick you with those big old legs, stick a scalpel in your throat, no hesitation .
Irish people have got great big hard heads on them, she woudlnt take a punch too easily.
(They also used to beat each others brains out with big sticks as a national sport, in the form of faction fighting-they are baseline, pretty hard)

Tumblr is a simulation of socialization, and a shitty one at that. It's a non-place, where non-events do not take place. Very easy to not develop a proper gender identity when your sense of self was developed through a screen communicating through text with people who may or may not exist.

I watched her interview posted a few pages back and she says they do text consults because young people don't always like to talk on the phone.
